Awesome tea plantation walk!! - Ramesh is an awesome guide who is very cognitive, intelligent and is able to convey details in a lot of depth, whether it is technicalities of tea growing or the history behind tea growing in Munnar. The scenery was amazing and the peaceful green surroundings had a meditative effect. Would definitely recommend this tour and especially with Ramesh.

Amazing hike with incredible views - We went on a sunny, clear day, and the views did not disappoint! Our tour guide Raja.J was amazing! Incredibly knowledgeable and funny, we got to learn a lot about the flora and fauna of, and around Munnar. Further, his family ties to the area really brought the history to life. The hike is a short, easy one, but I’d recommend wearing some sort of leggings, as flowy dresses/skirts/pants can get stuck on the vegetation. Overall, we had an amazing time and left with some amazing photographs, I would highly recommend it!

Good experience to do - It was a great time with Marimuthu. It is very interesting, teaches us many things while taking the time. The walk is relatively quiet to reach a suitable place to watch the sunset in the tea plantations. Perfect end of day 👍.

Great introduction to the tea plantations and Munnar wildlife - I had a fantastic sunset walk with Mari. He showed me first many different plants and their medical benefits and also birds as you can tell he is a bird lover. He had a great sense of humor and made the walk so pleasant. We had the perfect sunset while Mari was explaining everything about the tea picking. Trust me I will never look at my tea bag thr same way now. The tour was arranged just a few hours before and Munnar Info was extremely responsive and efficient in organising not only the tour but also transport. Highly recommended.

Tea plantation hike with sunset - Just great! Highly recommended. Raja the specialist of tea plantations 😉👍. The sunset at the end was a dream. Breathing in the air at this altitude is also a pleasure, mixed with the scents of nature

Why pay for a walk you can do by your won? - Waste of money and time. You can walk this walk by your own. It's just outside Munnar uphill into the tea plantation. The guide told us a lot of non-sense about tea and the production company (TATA) who owns most of the land around Munnar. Most of which was contradicted next day by another more trustworthy guide.

Disappointed - Unlike the half day hike this was a real disappointment. Basically you are taken on a short walk, given a snack, walk along a road for far too long, brought to a place among tea plantations to see the sunset. Not worth it.
