Outstanding Private Tour with John – Informative, Flexible, and Thoughtfully Guided - John arrived at our Cusco hotel at 9, as we had agreed. He spoke great English and was incredibly friendly and flexible throughout our trip. He was always there to guide us to the entrance of each site we visited. He also shared some fascinating insights into the daily life of Peru, the places we were exploring, and the places we were passing through. The Chinchero, Maras Salt Mines, and Moray sites were all incredibly interesting and very different from each other. We really appreciate John going above and beyond to make an extra stop for us at the Ollantaytambo ruins before dropping us off at our hotel. If it hadn’t been for him, we would have missed it completely due to our tight schedule.

A Truly Personal Cusco Experience - I can’t recommend Alex and his incredible team, Jojhn and Felipe, enough! From the moment I began planning my trip to Cusco, Alex was in constant communication, helping me customize everything to suit my pace and interests. For an entire month before my arrival, he answered every question with patience and care, which gave me full confidence in my decision to explore Cusco with a private guide and driver.
Once in Peru, the experience was even better than I had imagined. The service felt truly personal—nothing rushed or cookie-cutter. Jojhn and Felipe were an amazing team, always informative, friendly, and professional. They shared fascinating historical insights, guided us to the best photo spots, and kept us updated about travel times between destinations so we always felt well-prepared.
If you're looking for a smooth, enriching, and comfortable way to experience Cusco, look no further. You will not be disappointed!

Value for money! Great experience - A great experience with driver Richard, who spoke also English. Everything went fine, from booking to pick-up and drive itself. The van was very, very clean and looked in every way well maintained. Highly recommended!

Excellent route Sacred Valley - Our driver Yoban made us spend one of our best days in Peru. The trip very comfortable, safe and quiet. We would repeat and recommend it 100%.

A memorable day with exceptional service and great value for money - Superb service orientation of both, the admin team as well as our driver, Yoban.
The admin team is super organized and communicates everything proactively. Really top!
Yoban went out of his way to make our day memorable. Very safe and confident driving, a spotless car, unbeatable customer orientation, very knowledgeable and a very nice companion during our day.
Not to forget: Compared to other operators really fair pricing!
I am not writing many reviews. But with such exceptional service, I am certainly taking the time to do so. - I can wholeheartedly recommend Palomino Taxi Tour and Yoban.

Tour Vale Sagrado - We were very well served by Yoban! We know various places of the Sacred Valley through their service. Last took us from the hotel to the airport of Cusco. Always punctual and attentive! Thanks Palomino!

Great travel service - Great service. Mr. Alex (driver) helped us a lot. He has took us to a group of Ketchwan families who presented us with dance and songs, offered to buy hand made Peruvian souvenirs, displayed how to clean alpaca / lama wool, die with natural colors. Next took us to Chinchero, Salineras de Maras and Moray. Finally took us Ollantaytambo train station since it was time for our scheduled travel. He was very nice and took care of us very well. Thank you very much.

Excessive cost - Excessive cost to have a driver and that's it. The entrance to the sites is not all inclusive and 130 euros for 5 hours total is not in accordance with the offer. The driver never spoke, never mentioned a speech to explain anything. We are not satisfied
