Awesome excursion with amazing guide - Communication from the booking onwards was excellent. I’m tall and while quite expensive, the luxury car was great. Our guide, Carlos, was friendly, knowledgeable and made it a very special trip. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding Private Tour – Worth Every Penny - Firstly, incredible service from our guide and driver, Carlos. His personal touch made the day truly special. He was extremely knowledgeable and came well prepared with a laser pointer, book, and folder to help explain everything along the way. Chichén Itzá is a stunning archaeological site—the scale of the structures is breathtaking. Carlos was also a fantastic photographer and captured some great moments for us. The benefit of going private was clear: we arrived just before 8 a.m. and were among the first through the gates and at the main attraction, El Castillo. After about two hours exploring the site, we visited Cenote Oxman—a peaceful, well-run place. The cenote was refreshing, and swimming alongside the catfish was a unique experience. Lunch at the local restaurant Paladar de Cura was another highlight. Service was friendly and prompt, the food was delicious, and their homemade habanero sauce was spicy yet flavourful. We chose a light meal of prawn and chicken tacos with a variety of sides. Yes, it costs more than a big group tour, but the experience is absolutely worth it. We don’t consider it overpriced. Keep up the 5-star service, My Quest Concierge team!

Amazing Private Tour of Chichen Itza and Surroundings - We had an amazing tour with Oscar, our superbly friendly and knowledgable guide. We got to Chichen Itza 15 minutes before it opened and where the first to explore the grounds. The sights are amazing, and Oscar was able to tell us about the history and answer any questions we had. My wife uses a wheelchair, and they were kind in accommodating her. I'd note that Chichen Itza is fairly accessible, but sometimes a bumpy ride. We were aware that the Cenote we visited later wouldn't work for swimming for her, but she still had a great experience seeing it from above. Lunch was fabulous, as was the whole experience. Everything super easy and well organized. It felt efficient – we were never wasting time – but not at all rushed. Thank you Oscar!

Excellent Family Trip to Chichen Itza, a Cenote Swim and lunch in Valladolid - Oscar, our guide, was ready and waiting to whisk us off to Chichen Itza in a spotless, comfortable SUV at 6:30 AM in order to beat the crowds and the heat. We arrived immediately prior to the site opening and had a wonderful opportunity to take in the majesty of the site as well as take photos before the majority of visitors arrived for the day. Oscar did an excellent job giving us an overview of the site as well as the culture. We then went for a leisurely did in a local cenote followed by an excellent lunch in nearby Valladolid. An excellent experience made better by Oscar’s extensive knowledge and positive demeanor. Highly recommend

Fantastic Quest travel experience to chichen itza and cenote with lunch - My wife had never been to Mexico , so we decided to take a private tour from our hotel at the Riviera Maya to Chichén Itzá and cenote with lunch. We left at 6:30 am by agreement with Quest , picked up in a specious very clean Mercedes car . Our driver was Carlos, whose English was excellent , ( mi espanol no es bueno) . We spoke for 2.5 hrs at my doing to be fair , covering many topics, religion to politics and family. To our surprise he was also our guide at Chichen itza. Which was great as we already had a rapport. We arrived just before opening ……perfect to be ahead of the crowds. He gave an excellent review of the temple along with many questions , answered and or discussed. We covered the whole area and the time went surprisingly quickly. We left for lunch leaving the crowds behind and went to a Cenote. Fantastic spot and only one other family there, absolutely beautiful place , a must visit. Carlos looked after everything, where to change, how to get to the cenote, he took great photos and videos whilst we swam. We then left to go to Valladolid for lunch. We wanted an authentic Mexican lunch to which Carlos obliged and educated us. The restaurant, Paldar de Cura , food, service and hospitality was excellent. A definite visit. Sikil Pak a wonderful dip , however I would say it was the best at this restaurant, far better than the hotel. We left after a fine meal and returned with further discussions, in particular it was during the virgin guadaloup pilgrimage which we past on numerous times. Carlos was outstanding and Fernanda DM gave fantastic communications. As uk travelers , suggest Mexican eSIM , emails and especially Watsapp for communications. I should add that this was excellent value for money than using the hotel captive very expensive hotel travel. Before using a travel service , definitely contact Quest. Seldom are my expectations met or surpassed. Well done Quest. My wife was very happy, that makes me happy. :)

Great Tour with Oscar - Oscar, our guide, was terrific. His background in archeology made his descriptions of the roles played by the buildings complete and detailed. And he provided useful information on how the people lived and worked. I would like to return to Chichen Itza with Oscar.

Perfectly Timed Tour with an Amazing Guide - Our tour with Oscar Sanchez was absolutely perfect! The timing was spot on, starting with the ruins where we arrived early enough to enjoy the site with hardly anyone else around. This allowed us to capture amazing photos and explore the area peacefully before it started getting crowded about an hour and a half later. Next, we headed to the cenote, which was an incredible experience—Oscar’s careful planning meant we had the entire place to ourselves for a tranquil swim. Lunch was delicious, and exploring downtown afterward added a wonderful cultural touch to the day. Oscar was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and guided the tour seamlessly. He went above and beyond, not only providing interesting information but also helping us capture amazing photos throughout the trip. His attention to detail and genuine care made the experience truly special. Highly recommend this tour, and if you’re lucky enough to have Oscar as your guide, you’re in for an unforgettable day!
