A full day of discovery and fun! - Chichén Itzá is a masterpiece — standing in front of the pyramid is an unforgettable moment. We went with friends and had such a good time exploring the ruins and learning about the ancient Mayan culture. Later, the cenote was the perfect spot to unwind. Nature all around, birds singing, and cool water to swim in. The climate was just right, not too hot. This is the kind of tour that makes memories for life.

Beautiful day exploring history and hidden gems - We loved every part of this tour! The weather was perfect for walking through Chichén Itzá — warm but not too hot. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, bringing the Mayan ruins to life with stories and insights. Afterward, we cooled off with a swim in a stunning cenote hidden in the jungle. Peaceful, refreshing, and surrounded by nature — it felt like a dream. Great for couples, families, or anyone who loves culture and adventure.

The ideal tour for a family adventure - This was the highlight of our trip! Our guide was friendly and informative, and the weather was just perfect — sunny but not too intense. Chichén Itzá is a true wonder, and the cenote visit felt like a secret oasis. Our whole family had a blast, and the kids loved swimming surrounded by nature. The tour was well-timed and smoothly organized. Don’t miss it!

Incredible tour with the perfect balance of history and nature - We did this tour with friends and had an unforgettable time. Chichén Itzá is a place full of wonder and meaning — seeing it in person is something everyone should do. Then we visited a beautiful cenote tucked in the jungle, where we swam in fresh, crystal-clear water. The weather was just right, not too hot, which made the whole day even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for small groups or families!

Chichén Itzá was breathtaking — full of history and awe-inspiring architecture. After that, swimming in the cenote surrounded by nature was the perfect way to cool off and relax. Everything was well organized, and it’s a great tour for families. My kids loved it just as much as we did!

Fantástico! :) - This tour was amazing!! Tour guides Jorge and Efraim pulled this out so perfectly with a great hospitality!! We are English speakers but had no problem thanks to Jorge’s great guide both in Spanish and English. We had about one hour each cenote, 2 hours for Chichen Itza, and 30 min at Valladolid. While it was short time we experienced the most out of it. All you can drink on the bus was the cherry on top :) We specifically chose this tour because they had two cenotes, Chichen ticket, drink service, and breakfast/ lunch so it was all worth it! One thing is that they are more responsive on Tripadvior chat than WhatsApp or text and notifying you the exact pickup time and location the day before of your tour. Please keep in mind that pickup can be delayed for 30-45 min late due to traffic.

Very good but excessive - The experience was very positive overall, the operators (Hector-guide, Stacy-helper and Esteban-driver) performed very well overall and met our needs for air conditioning, food and drink on the bus. However: The experience in the Mayan people knew little. Except for the introduction, it could be a small Mayan village like any other. - The stay in Valladolid was short, perhaps enhancing it taking time away from the village would have been interesting. That or do something more immersive or intense in the Mayan people. - The guide of Chichen Itza, John, gave some explanation but very scarce, to the Sun and immediately we were in our air, there are many ruined buildings to know the area, in the end ChatGPT is pulled. He spent more time in the middle of the Sun explaining how to take an instagram photo with the temple than telling us useful things about the place. -The cenotes were great, but if you have already visited more authentic ones, they taste a little bit. However, it is always appreciated to visit a cenote whatever it is. In short, perhaps it would impact more on Valladolid or the Mayan people to the detriment of the other, to make the experience more complete. However, Hector gave us some very interesting and very good explanations about Mayan history, the Mayan people, hieroglyphs etc. Besides, as an animator it is priceless.

VERY Long Day, plan for minimum 15 hours. We were forced to shop for 35 minutes before we could go to the lunch. - Strange time slotting, a lot of waiting around, but given minimal time at the actual activities. Not too much information given, but was enough. The guides were kind, pleasant, and easy to follow, although we were all frustrated with the lunch situation. It seemed like they needed to meet a shopping time “quota”, so we did not eat until 2pm and we were all starving by then. Due to the length of this tour, I got to my hotel at 10pm and missed dinner.
