Brilliant!!! - Brilliant tour, Hector had an amazing knowledge of the Mayan communities. We had enough time in each part of the tour to explore and the tour guides recommend photo opportunities and asked if we wanted any pictures. The cenote was also amazing.

Chichen Itza tour day extravagansa - We stayed in a resort in Cancun. The bus picked us up quite early to get a head start on the day and arrive to this beautiful ancient ground prior to the crowds. The park was just opening and nearly empty when we arrive (also not as hot). Our tour guides Ricardo and Pedro were exceptional. So personable, kind, and punctual. They used Spanish and English. They were highly educated regarding the ground and engaging. I felt safe, comfortable, and actually like I could drop into local culture with the unique buffet and swim at the cenote. I will be going back, only with their services. Hard working, well thought out tour, and yet a relaxing experience for me and my fiance. Bring lots of water, sunscreen, and a snack for the bus. Lastly, the Tequila tasting is like non-other!! We had to buy a bottle from the premium made REAL tequila without the choking burn of normal stuff.

Good tour, but... - The activities are very good, it was amazing to know Chichen Itza and the cenote. The Mayan people didn't love it but at least it helps that right there is the food and a stop at the bathroom. But unfortunately this stop takes longer than it should making the rest of the day feel like a rush.
I still don't understand why they charge you more expensive tickets than they really are. As Mexican citizens the ticket should cost approximately 600 Mexican pesos, but we were charged 1050 tickets and did not allow me to validate my promotion as a person with disabilities.
It was a good tour in general but things are missing to be a 5-star tour

LIVE CANUN EXCUSION A CHICHEN ITZA ALL INCLUSIVE - In September 2024 we did.two tours, uba spanish family with older children
Chichen Itza's excursion perfect in almost everything, punctual,....very well Gabriel and Lalo the guide, a bilingual submachine gun......exists a sales section ,excessive in its duration perhaps , where no one buys because the prices are exorbitant, a tasting of dispensable cocoa, but either the group excursions imply this.
The Mayan food, the visit to chichen and the cenote, frankly well ... that if in this visit you take the all-inclusive version if you do not cost you the drink more than the rest of the excursion .

Not what I wanted - I was not prepared. In my mind when u book a excursion everything is included. I did not have cash for ALL the extras... they don't even include water in the free lunch... then there were the tickets for chechen itza 35$ the mandatory life jackets for 4$ to swim in the cenote. Tips for the driver, the tour guides, the servers, the dancers, the photos even the bathroom... I wouldn't have minded had I been prepared and advised. The bus was totally full and the a/c was bearly there. You still sweat and are uncomfortable just a little less. It was very rushed and did not have time to really enjoy the ruins :/

FRAUD! NO SHOW! SCAM! Wrecked our vacation plans! - SCAM! FRAUD! WTF! We've been waiting for over 60 minutes now and so far they are a no show! The phone # given for Viva Cancún Tours & Travel and Viatour is out of service... We're on vacation and this is a tour that we were so excited about. Now we have to deal with this mess while on vacation. DO NOT BUY! We requested a full refund hoping that Trip Advisor will honour and hopefully make up for our loss of time and planning. This seems Fraudulent!
