wonder of the world - I recently did the Chichén Itzá tour with my girlfriend during our vacation, and it was such a great experience! We had been wanting to visit this area for a while and finally found a tour with a really good price, including round-trip transportation from our hotel. We explored the amazing ruins of Chichén Itzá, walked around the charming town of Valladolid, and swam in a stunning cenote — everything was just perfect. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip!

Just a mágical atventure yo Chichén Itzá!! - My friends and I booked this tour because we didn’t want to miss the chance to visit one of the wonders of the world and it was totally worth it! Everything was super well organized. The food was great, the place is just magical, and the whole day was unforgettable.
exploring Chichén Itzá, one of the highlights was the cenote we visited. It was such a magical and unique experience I’ll never forget. The team was super friendly and always there to help. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, just enjoy. Definitely one of the best experiences we’ve had in Cancún. Highly recommended!

Fernanda y Celeste great job! - We did the tour to Chichén Itzá and honestly, it was such a cool experience. The site is incredible, and the way everything was explained made it super interesting, even for the kids. It was a long day, but we enjoyed every bit of it.
Huge shoutout to Fernanda and Celeste you two were amazing and made the whole day so much more fun and easy. Thank you!

Mari Pau and Celeste are the best - We booked our Chichen Itza tour with the same company and it was a great decision. Since they already had our info, everything was super easy. They picked us up at 7 AM from the hotel and took us to Chichen Itza.
Karen was our main guide and she was great. Celeste and Maripau were also with us … both super friendly and funny. Maripau was so helpful and Celeste knew a lot about Mayan culture.
We’re really thankful for everything and we’re definitely coming back next year for our Tulum tour!

Definitely a great experience! Ask for Jorge, Hugo and Mo's bus! - This was an amazing trip. Jorge, Hugo and Mo (sorry if I misspelled) were professional, friendly, and showed the utmost care for our 'familia'. I felt well informed and safe the entire time. Francisco at the temple was also great. His English was superb and really helped us understand the culture behind the ruins. Mo made sure the bus was trustworthy to leave belongings on during the excursions. He did a great job of driving safely as well. Jorge was quite the historian and entertainer, could not have asked for a better guide. It was obvious that his priorities were our safety and respect for everyone, including the Mayans that we were to visit. I was grateful for the knowledge he shared on the customs and expectations of the Mayan people. Hugo was very attentive and personable, helping everyone out with a smile - thank you for the bread treat at the end. It was absolutely delicious! As for the timing, the day started out in a small village with meeting a shaman, shopping, and having a wonderful meal with live entertainment. What a great way to start the day! As for timing, I feel like the ruins themselves could have been done in two hours, leaving more time to visit Valloidid afterwards. It was very different than the little village we had lunch in and 25 minutes was not enough time to truly explore the town. Other than walking around the park square and visiting the church - there was no time to do more. That said, I was glad we left by dark. The only other recommendation would be to set ahead of time the gratuity expectation and perhaps even embed it into the fee upfront. I found I did not have enough to purchase and support street vendors and add tips into for everyone. In this trip, the street vendors lost out because Jorge, Hugo and Mo really went the distance for us! Thank you again!

Was Okay - but chaotic - The first part of the trip was very chaotic. Pick up from hotel in small white van. Taken to tourist shop and told to wait in line with no explanation. English was not spoken. Waited in long line then asked to pay 800 pesos for tax and then moved to various queues. Was very chaotic as lots of people there and no clear guidance. After alot of chaos finally was put into a line for our coach. Coach was full but comfy. They sat English translation people at the back and Spanish at front. Was given the worst possible seat on bus near toilet with no window. Then once we got going an agent came and gave us a long English translation about the history and what we were doing. Very hard to hear when sat right at the back and near toilet which kept making noise. Arrived at first destination at Mayan village and for lunch. Taken of bus and asked to wait. Asked the agent who spoke English to clarify how long we were there for and was given quite an 'abrupt' response saying he had explained everything already on the bus. Apart from this the overall tour was good and saw alot. However the tour states we would spend ONE HOUR in the town of Vallidoid but we only got 30mins which was not enough time. Things were not quite as advertised.

Ruins were great-tour was AWFUL!! - I have used Vaitor for years because the tours are always great, organized and great value. This time, however, NO. The ruins and cenote are DEFINITELY worth seeing. However, this tour group took a solid hour just to collect everyone's extra fee ($49 not included in Viator's price). Then, for a 3 hour bus trip with NO STOPS the bus had AC but no internet, seats were so close my knees were in the back of the seat in front of me, and seats did not recline even a little. Like sitting in a straight back chair for 3 hours.
We spent just an hour at the cenote, which is what Viator said. We were then supposed to have an hour in a little "village". We actually only had 25 minutes and, honestly, I would have rather stayed at the cenote longer. The "village" was basically a small park with a fountain, surrounded by booths and people trying to sell you overpriced chatchkees and a few ice cream booths. We had no where to actually get something for dinner, not even a taco stand. The village part was worthless. Bottom line, go to the cenote and ruins-dont use this particular tour.

Protest over poor service - It is not admissible that they have us all morning at a shopping site for indigenous items and forcing us to have lunch at 11 am, with the reduced food supply of the place, plus they decided the small portion that should be served. We feel they should not take advantage of customers to do their own business.
Within the offer that was looked at in the app, there was no visit to that business and so long. Whereas they left us only 20 minutes in Valladolid and we didn't know what we were going to and it was already dark.
The guide touched on sensitive topics such as religious beliefs and especially denigrated Catholic Christians, for 40 minutes, promoting what it would sell later, such as the astral chart and magical esoteric objects. We believe it is disrespectful and disrespectful to people who do not share your beliefs.
In no way do we recommend this tour with this company.
