Fantastic, supportive and enjoyable - A memorable day from start to finish, our guide was knowledgeable, engaging and most of all a joy to be with all day.

The most amazing day! - Our tour guide was simply fantastic! Efficient, knowledgeable, and considerate. We were worried about the experience being awkward directed by someone we didn’t know, but we were so incredibly comfortable with Heriberto! He taught us a lot and led us through an experience we’ll never forget.

Heriberto is the best! - We had the loveliest day with Heriberto! We were so excited to see what there was to discover at Chichen Itza and Heriberto brought it all to life for us. He shared the history and made it real. He is so knowledgeable and clearly LOVES what he does, which is enriching the lives of those of us less cultured than he. He was wonderful about letting us take all the time we needed taking photos and was a great photographer himself. He took some great pics of us, which I’m excited to scrapbook when we get home.
He was so sweet and thoughtful with all the details, right down to always opening the door for me and letting me go first. Who said chivalry was dead? Not when you’re with Heriberto.
He told great stories and we just thoroughly enjoyed spending our day with him. We’re so glad he was a part of our experience. Thank you Heriberto!!
PS Going to the Oxman Cenote on this tour is an added bonus and Heriberto gave us plenty of time to relax and enjoy our swim. Don’t miss it!

Great time - It was awesome. Irving and his company were recommended to us by friends who had used his services last year and they did not steer us wrong. The ruins were fantastic and the knowledge he shared about the site and religion really brought it all together. Capping it off with a cool cenote was a great way to end the day. He was super accommodating and helped us make the best use of our day.

A great day in the Yucatán with our local guide - We had a wonderful day trip to Chichenitza, Valladolid and a cenote with Aranzazu Mercado on our private tour. This was a multi generational trip to Mexico with grandparents and we all enjoyed our time. Our guide was punctual, knowledgeable and made the day fun. My daughter wasn’t feeling well and we were able to stop at a rest stop for medicine and Gatorade.
It’s not easy to engage a group with ages ranging from 73-11 but he managed to do that and more. We’re glad we left our resort by 6:30am so we could arrive at the park by 9 and avoided the intense heat and crowds of the afternoon. Our lunch was wonderful at a small restaurant in Valladolid. It was by far our favorite meal during our vacation. Our guide shared stories that kept our family entertained and engaged. We topped the day off with a visit to a cenote near Valladolid as a way to cool off. The kids and adults loved it. Overall we had an unforgettable experience in an ancient place - A fantastic, fun and educational experience overall.

A Perfect Day with Guided Tour of Mayan Temple - Our guide Aranza picked us up early and took us on an amazing guided tour of the visually stunning Chichen Itza. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about Mayan history and archeology. He was also a very safe and comfortable driver. We were able to finish our tour before the crowds really started to fill in. Then we went swimming in a beautiful cenote and had a delicious lunch at a local family restaurant with many authentic Mayan options. It was an absolute luxury to have a guide who could navigate through all of the usual travel difficulties like tickets, parking, where to put stuff, speaking with attendants, taking group pictures and answering questions. He even pulled out lunch menus ahead of time and preordered the food so that there was almost no waiting for anything at all. The kids had a great time and we feel so lucky to have had this experience. Thank you!

Greatest VIP tour ever with Aranza - This tour exceeded everything I thought it would be. Aranza was an incredible guide!
We beat the crowds to Chichen Itza and were there by 8am. Practically had the whole place to ourselves. Aranza was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the site and explained everything to us and took so many pictures for our family. He never rushed us, he always let us set the pace.
Next we went to the most incredible Oxman cenotes. Words can’t really do justice at how amazing this cenotes is. There is a rope swing that is unbelievably fun.
After that, we went to lunch at Palador de Cura in Valladolid. It might be some of the best food I’ve ever had. Aranza placed our order ahead of time when we were leaving Oxman so we didn’t have to wait very long for our food. The food was just incredible and plentiful , we had quite a few leftovers to bring back to our resort.
Aranza was so kind, curious and knowledgeable. He always let us decide what we wanted to do next. I would do this tour again in a heartbeat. It will be one of the most memorable days of my life.
