Amazing ! - Wow. This was absolutely a once in a lifetime experience. Jessica was our guide and she is a true educator and storyteller. We were blown away by her and learned so much. We were a group of 11 with 5 children from ages 10-14. She kept all of the children engaged and it was a joy to spend the day with her. She even took family photos and edited them for us on the ride home. It was truly a day we’ll never forget. Dennis was our driver and he was awesome too. They are a power team and this tour is not be missed.

Ivan is the best tour guide! - My husband and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED Ivan and this private tour. He was so fun and very personable. He was very knowledgeable on all of the Mayan culture and made the tour very interactive/interesting. We would recommend this tour to anyone. You should go and request Ivan! The history and cenote were our favorite part of the tour. The cenote is beautiful and the water is clear! For lunch he took us to a local restaurant and it was incredible. He took us to each place early enough to were we were the only people there, crowds were not bad at all. He also takes tons of GREAT pictures! We loved it!

First time trying a private tour and it was definitely worth it! - We were very happy that we booked this excursion. It was a highlight of our trip. Our tour guide, Heber, was very professional, friendly and gave an informative tour. We were picked up on time at our resort and from there the day went smoothly and was well planned and enjoyable.
The lunch at the restaurant in Valladolid was the best food we had on our vacation. Would highly recommend this excursion.

Excellent way to see Chichen Itza - We had a wonderful day with Ivan as our tour guide. We were picked up from our lobby nice and early and drove right to Chichen Itza arriving just as it was opening. I highly recommend getting there this early before all the tour buses get there and the day gets too hot! Next we stopped at Oxman Cenote. Perfect way to cool off in such a beautiful spot. Finally we had lunch in Valladolid! Ivan did a great job telling us all about the area and it’s history. A private tour is the way to go. We were back at our resort by 3:30 after a full day of adventures. Communication with Mike to book our tour was very easy too.

Beautiful views and amazing food! - Our guided tour of Chichén Itzá was wonderful! We learned so much about the history and culture. Jessica was the best tour guide. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. Dennis was the best driver. He was so friendly and we felt very safe with him. I highly recommend Tours With Mike and especially recommend Jessica and Dennis!

100% Recommended - We had an absolutely incredible experience visiting Chichen Itza and Cenote Oxman, guided by the amazing James. Right from the start, it was clear that he has a deep knowledge of Mayan culture — every explanation was rich in detail and shared with real passion, making the tour even more special.
James took us to explore the best spots, always with great care and a positive attitude, helping us avoid the busiest areas and giving us truly unique moments. The lunch stop was another highlight: he took us to a local restaurant where I had, without a doubt, the best quesadillas of my life! Everything was authentic, delicious, and made with so much care.
This experience exceeded all expectations, largely thanks to James' professionalism and dedication. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone wanting to discover Chichen Itza and Mayan culture in an authentic and unforgettable way!

Best Tour Guide Heber - Heber was the best guide, very best insights, very knowledgeable, and took great pictures. Showed the best parts of Chichan Itza. Also took the best pictures while we were at the Cènote. Food was amazing as well!!

Amazing day exploring the Mayan culture! - We had an amazing day with Heber! We learned so much about the Mayan culture and their spiritual beliefs. Heber picked us up at our resort in Playa Del Carmen at 6:30 a.m. and kindly stopped at a gas station so we could pick up something for breakfast. We drove about 2 hours to Chichen Itza and he gave us a very interesting guided walking tour. It was a great idea to go early so we could leave before the crowds arrived and it got too hot. Then we enjoyed the Cenote Oxman - though I still haven't mastered the rope swing!! We had a lovely lunch in Valladolid and returned to our resort by 3 p.m. Heber was a wonderful tour guide who is very knowledgeable and passionate about the Mayan culture, and he was considerate of our needs, such as a slower pace and more rest spots for my sore feet. Thank you Heber - hope our paths cross again someday.
