Very informative and enjoyable trip - We had a very enjoyable time as a family on the Chichen Itza tour. The team were very experienced, modifying the visit times according to the weather and busyness of the sites so we could have the best time in each spot. Carlos was especially very kind and informative and taught us so much about the history of the places. Would definitely recommend!

Chichenitza Christmas Eve trip - We toured ChiChen Itza with Cancún Passion a day before Christmas 2024. Alex the driver was great. Carlos was very informative and thorough in his explanation of the temples and storytelling of Mayan culture. He was also very nice, an elderly woman nearly fainted from the heat and he paused his speech to make sure she and her family received shade, cold water and were taken care of. Luis provided the refreshments. He was also very nice. My mom is vegetarian, but that seemed to be hard to come by in that area. The bus was served meat sandwiches (pork) and Luis went out to get my mom a vegetarian sandwich. At the end of the trip, my family and I were dropped off at our hotel. Overall, I had learned a lot, bought a lot of gifts and tasted great tequila. I would book with them again. Happy Holidays!

Great tour! - Chichen Izta has been a bucket list destination for us for some time, so we knew we'd be visiting while staying near Playa del Carmen. Our bus guides, Carlos and Luis were informative and helpful. While at Chichen Izta, we toured the site with Beto, who was very knowledgeable. It was very hot - bring a hat and sunscreen. Mosquitos were not an issue during our trip in December. The cenote swim was very refreshing. The stop at Valladolid was quite short but we had enough time to get pictures of the old church and walk around the park. Would have enjoyed more time here to explore. Don't miss the churro stand! So tasty and fresh - best churros we've ever eaten. Highly recommend this tour if staying in the Riviera Maya/Cancun area!

Experiences to remember forever… - This is by far the best tour we’ve ever been on. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and taught us things about Mayan culture, the language, and history, the best tour guide at Chichen Itza! I was impressed with how effortlessly he spoke Spanish, French and English to our group. Luis was hilarious and made sure we had all the beer, water and snacks we could ever want. This tour packed it ALL in. With a visit to Saamal cenote….i could float on my back all day and look up at the waterfall. Tequila tastings….authentic Mexican food….Mayan dancers for entertainment…an amazing gift store….the best freshly made churros right in front of you, and much much more! This is the tour you want to go on. The price is cheap compared to what you get to experience so make sure you tip them well at the end!!! You will be exhausted by the end of the day but it’s an experience you’ll never forget.

CANCUN PASSION is a professional, reliable and service-oriented company - CANCUN PASSION is a very reliable company with expert guides. We had booked a tour with them for a visit to Chichen Itza. We were specially picked up at our resort Bahia Principe Tulum with a small bus that took the two of us to a meeting point, where we were transported with a full bus with a toilet from Cancun to Chichen Itza. The tour consisted of a breakfast with coffee, tea or soft drinks in the bus, if you wanted you could get water or other drinks the entire ride. During the ride to Chichen Itza we received explanations from three expert guides who spoke Spanish and English. When we were on the grounds of Chichen Itza we received an inspiring and expert explanation about the history of the Mayan culture from our guides, who had studied history. After the visit to Chichen Itza we were offered a delicious Mexican lunch buffet. At the end of the tour the opportunity was offered to go swimming in one of the most important cenotes. On our way back to our resort we were picked up again at Cancun by the small bus that was already waiting for us and that brought us safely back to our resort. Unfortunately, due to a stupidity of mine, I noticed too late that I had lost my credit card in the bus and immediately contacted CANCUN PASSION by email, asking if they could help me get my credit card back? CANCUN PASSION responded immediately and they were prepared to hand over my credit card at the lobby of my resort the next morning after a drive of more than an hour. Chichén Itzá - We took a trip to visit the temples and cenotes and our guide was very impressive. Carlos had a wealth of knowledge and we learned even more since the last time we visited. He also had some really cool books/visual guides to pass around.

Unforgettable Experience to Chichen Itza - The four gentlemen who orchestrated our tour to Chichen Itza made the experience unique and unforgettable. From the time of pickup to dropoff they ensured we were comfortable and taken care of. They made the bus ride fly by with their refreshments of cold water, beers, coffee, and by presenting the fascinating history of the Mayan Civilization. Once we arrived, Albeto, our tour guide, took us through the site and presented the information at each point on such an interesting and entertaining way. At the end of the tour we had some free time to explore Chichen Itza and we were taken back to Pisté for a delicious lunch with Mayan food and many lovely souvenirs. I recommend purchasing them there instead of while at Chichen Itza as you will have little time to do it while on the site and they are not as authentic. Afterwards we were taken to the beautiful Sacred Cenote for swimming, which I highly recommend doing as it is refreshing and very picturesque.
