- We recommend to bring comfortable shoes, swimwear, towel, cap sunglasses and camera
- Bring extra cah for tips and souvenirs
- Only the use of sunblock and sunscreen containing titanium oxide and zinc oxide is allowed in the park
- Children over 4.5 ft but under 12 years of age must present an ID to verify their age when boarding the transportation.
- This activity demands some walking exercise
- The road is not suitable for wheelchairs so if it needs, a third person must help to carry on the chair around.
- There is an additional tax fee for the use of video cameras inside the archaeological site, not included in the tour price.

Beautiful - We had the pleasure of meeting Ivan Téllez, who served as our tour advisor during our visit. He was exceptionally friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire experience. Great experience seeing the wonder of the world! - We had a great experience on the Chichen Itza tour! The food was great, the timing was well organized, and the guides were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the day.
Special thanks to Luis Hernandez, our representative, for helping us book the tour at the best price, explaining everything clearly, and providing outstanding customer service. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Experiences in Chichen, Islas Mujeres and Cenotes adventuring - We contract 3 excursions with Yoselin Hernández of the company MTS (Chichen, Islas Mujeres y Cenotes adventuring). We received excellent attention from Yoselin, answering all our doubts and advising us in a personalized way. We went through other options to compare and chose to close with it because of the good price and human quality it offered. I recommend these excursions, they are very nice to do, there is a lot of history surrounding them and they are iconic places. If you can program them with Yoselin even better, you're gonna feel careful.

A unique and unforgettable experience. Very interesting! - We make the excursion to Chichen Itza with the MTS service. From the beginning we were very well advised x the operator, Mr. Daniel López who recommended the best tours to do in Mexico, guiding us appropriately which ones to do from Cancun and which ones from Playa del Carmen, since we were knowing both cities. The excursions had the full service included at a very appropriate price: transports, drinks, lunch, umbrellas because in the area it is very hot, guides and advance advice so that the experience is totally pleasant and that we can enjoy it 100%.

Great Excursion - David Santos at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach was so helpful, professional and polite. His English is great. Oscar the tour guide was phenomenal. Very fun, prepared and personable.

An awesome experience - Julio was exceptional in booking our trip for the tour. He told us about the tour various options and was very friendly with good details. Initially we wanted to go with a different option but Julio was very sincere in his approach and we had a good time during our tour.

A must do tour. - This was an amazing experience.
Glad to give 5 stars for the Chichen Itza Deluxe tour! Everything was well-organized from the hotel pickup to the drop-off. The bus was comfortable and air-conditioned (a lifesaver in the heat!), and the guides were friendly and professional. If you're looking for a seamless way to see the ruins and a beautiful cenote in one day, this is the tour to book.

Class organized and reliable contacts - We booked our excursions on site directly with MTS and were lucky enough to end up with Paul Romero.
We are from Germany and were honestly a bit unsure at the beginning what to book and how everything goes. Paul advised us very well without putting pressure on. He was very friendly, took his time and also gave us some local tips that made our stay special. In addition, he was always available, even if we were already on the road, which made us feel very good.
We booked a day trip to Chichen Itza and a day at Xel Ha Park. We liked both very much and were well organized. Overall we were very satisfied and had a nice time.
Above all, we remember Paul positively. He was helpful, honest and pleasant to deal with. You felt well advised.
We would definitely book with him again and can recommend him in good conscience.
