Long tour but nice experience - It was a nice tour covering a lot of famous attraction, although it may a little bit rush. But it was acceptable considering the transportation. Our guide Ave is really knowledgeable with sense of humorous. And the cold drink was provided all the way timely.

Book it! It’s worth it! - Yamevi travel was organized and on time. I’d like to commend our guides Hector and his assistant Jennifer as well as the driver.
The cenotes included in the tour are beautiful and a must see whenever you’re in Cancun. (Suytun and Ik-il)
Also, the tour will take treat you for a sumptuous and authentic Mexican lunch with performances. Drinks are free during the travel as well as tons of information and ideas about the places you will visit. It’s worth it.

Amazing tour, improvements needed still - PROS
- the bus was big, seats are comfy, AC is cold enough and toilet is available on the bus which is very good for a long tour (~ 12-14 hours)
- the places were nice and we had enough time to visit and take pictures at each spot
- the tour guide was passionate
- the pick up and drop off is easy and on time
CONS
- If you don't understand Spanish, you may have difficulty understanding some of the explanations. Although he can speak Spanish and English, it was difficult for us to understand his English because the two languages were mixed together and he spoke very fast. However, if you have questions to him, it can communicate with you in English well.
- there will be some consumption attractions in the itinerary. These consumptions are not mandatory, but they accounted for about 90 minutes of the entire tour. There is another activity where the tour guide printed commemorative photos taken during the trip and put them on drink bottles, and then ask you to buy them. The price is 25 US dollars, because the guide has already printed the photos, the tourists were embarrassed not to buy the drink.

This tour’s itinerary had... - This tour’s itinerary had some issues, particularly with the unannounced shopping stops, which negatively impacted the overall experience. The tour description did not clearly state that shopping was included, yet we spent two hours at a shopping location in the morning, delaying lunch and disrupting the schedule. Additionally, another shopping stop was added on the way back in the afternoon, further reducing time that could have been spent sightseeing or resting. This arrangement felt poorly planned and inefficient. If shopping is part of the tour, it should be clearly communicated in advance, and the timing should be better managed to avoid negatively affecting the experience.

Gimme a faster lunch time! - I think the design of this tour is too unreasonable. There are many links that are not in the itinerary. Why do we have to watch the ceremony and spend a long time in a store selling very ugly things? This tour can be made more efficient, but you waste a lot of time on meaningless things. Not only do you have to buy things at noon, but you also have to buy things when you return at night. This is too time-consuming. I think it's bad.

Needs a better balance - We opted for this tour to see the two cenotes in this tour. Unless you specifically want to see the cenotes but maybe are more focused on Chichen Itza please book a tour which has more time and focus on that.
We were picked up in the normal smaller vans which takes you to a larger point where you change to a larger bus. Unfortunately whilst driving the bus tried to go up a steep hill and drove over a drain which collapsed and caused the bus to be stuck, we were collected in another small bus and then taken onto another quite old and dirty back up bus. Carla was our new guide who despite seeming unfriendly at first (possibly because of the mishap) was actually very well suited to this tour with her very calming and educational personality she gives you a real insight into the Mayan culture and history.
The tour plan itself is very poorly laid out and seems to have a focus on upselling, I get it this is the biggest draw in the region and they want to make money but it comes at a sacrifice to a better experience
You go to cenote suytun first, this is quite good as it’s not very busy so you can swim and take your insta pics
When arriving in the local community after there is a ceremony which it seems they want to upsell obsidian gifts before lunch. In addition you are walked through a route where a guy tells you have to take a picture - when telling him I didn’t want to he said it’s for the company , then you are taken through a room where they are selling cacao and other products. You finally get to sit down and the food was included was a very nice buffet option with some freshly cooked options but found the additional drinks to be more than other comparative experiences.
Once lunch is done you go back via the gift shop and then off to Chichen Itza, when getting in the bus the same guy who took that picture before is now outside offering shot glasses with a medicinal drink inside. He does a little talk about the plant and its benefits and then hands you a bottle with your picture on it! This angered me because he wanted $25 for it. I’d have been more interested in the drink it self if not the upsell.
When you finally arrive Chichen Itza you’re supposed to have 2 hours but we were only give an hour and 20mins, which was only enough time to listen to a tour guide who was brilliant (thank you Roberto) but this leaves no times for many pics let alone even a chance to walk around the compound, we were only able to view one side before having to leave.
We then visit Cenote Ik Kil and Valladolid in short times , again seemed pointless because the stay was so short you couldn’t really enjoy it , which is a shame
I hope they will try to rebalance the day because despite this we still didn’t get back until 2200 having been out since 0700
As always with the buses , please only use for number 1. There is a snack pack given to you in the morning which is a ham and cheese sandwich, juice box and a fruit and snack. Please bring snacks if this isn’t suitable/enough.

Very little time, lots of things to do - This was definitely a rushed tour. My mom and I felt that we had very little time at each destination. The tour wasn’t very English friendly, which wasn’t an issue for me, but my mom doesn’t speak any Spanish, so it was very difficult for her to keep up without constant translation. The experiences felt very rushed. We waited an hour at Suytun and then got really blurry photos because they were rushed. I would definitely recommend going with a different group if you are English natives, and would like a more thorough experience.

Not what I expected! - I was extremely excited about this trip! The trip was so unorganized!! It took us over 3 hours to get to our first destination! When arriving to our first destinations we took pictures and that was it! We were not about to swim in the cenote. Leaving there we were told it will be about 50 min to get to our next destination! We arrived and told we will be having a welcoming ceremony! Nice ceremony but I was robbed and charged 1,700 DOLLARS!! For a stone!! I didn’t not understand what the man told me and they charged me 1,700 dollars!! I was furious!!!!! Even tho I requested a refund my day was already horrible from over 4 hour drive!! Than we had the buffet! The food was terrible! Than we had to get in the van again and take another 1 hour drive to the next destination! It was just so unorganized and rushed! When we had the opportunity to get into the last cenote we had a few min and we had to rush to back to the van! We couldn’t even enjoy the moment! Finally once we started heading back to the hotel which took about 3 hour drive!! The car was over heating throughout our trip so the driver had to make small stops to add water! Finally we arrived like 9:30pm!! And the driver was able to drop me and my family off at our hotel where we payed to get picked up and dropped off at our hotel! He left us 2 blocks from hotel because the van was over heating!!! Don’t get me wrong the driver was super attentive and did his job but the way the trip was organized it was horrible!!! I am highly disappointed in this trip!!!!

Never showed up! - No memorable moments because they never came to pick me up from my hotel. Just took my money! I called and they acted like they didn’t speak English at all then ignored me
