Fantastic - The organization was fabulous, the Enterprise always attentive to our needs and what to say about the driver Marcela and the guide Nury, some loves of girls who helped us and were aware of our needs all the time. To repeat for sure!!!

Highly recommended - We have just returned from the tour with Marcela (driver) and Gina (guide) and we can not be happier and more satisfied with our choice. Looking for excursions to make during our stay in Costa Mujeres we reviewed different providers and, without a doubt, we would choose Riviera Maya Excursions again. This is for a number of reasons: 1. The approach of the tour makes it possible to reach all points of the visit from the former. Being able to enjoy Chichen Itza and the cenote almost without people, without a doubt, makes a difference. Scared to see the pickup times on the voucher (in our case, 5:00 am), we have strongly appreciated it. 2. Pick-up hours have been extremely punctual. Marcela was like clockwork at 5:00 am to pick us up. Since then, his care has been unbeatable and his driving has been magnificent and safe at all times. Sometimes in this kind of tour you find drivers who leave a lot to be desired, but that has NOT been the case with Marcela. 3. Gina's explanations have been very detailed and easy to follow, making the visit very enjoyable. 4. The visiting group has been very small (four people). That's made attention very close. In this kind of excursions, which are often crowded, it has been a pleasure to have such a small group. 5. Service in Costa Mujeres. Not all providers do and it is appreciated to have this Service.

Great trip, great guides but too long in the van. - I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about the guides. One issue was that they had to cancel our lunch in Valladolid and book for a different trip to ruins south. This was absolutely fine, but we were in Cancun… the rest of the group was in Playa Del Carmen or Tulum. We were the first to be picked up and last to be dropped off. This added 4 hours to the trip, no kidding.

A perfect combination of culture, nature and colonialism - Excursion absolutely recommended. Chichen Itza is a marvel and it is traveled without excessive heat at the expense of getting up early. The Ik Kill cenote is impressive and it is very grateful to be able to soak in fresh waters (the water of the Caribbean and the pools in Yucatan looks like soup). I would have liked more time to walk around Valladolid and enjoy that colonial flavor that each of its streets has. I want to highlight especially the professionalism and kindness of both Marcela (driver) and Gina (guide). The latter makes his pleasant account of Mayan culture disappear the vision so bloodthirsty that some media spread.

Amazing Time! Absolutely beautiful you will regret not going! - It was an amazing time. The guides were so fun and very informative. My mom who is older than 60 was able to do this tour. Everything was so beautiful and they picked us up right on time. We came from cancún so it was a very long drive but completely worth it. The ruins were amazing and so grand. They truly are one of the seven wonders. The cenote was so nice too the water so clean and the cat fish inside so cute. The small town we went last was nice as it was a glimpse into what a colonial town looks like in Mexico. 10 out of 10. Thank you Jesus, Gabriel and our driver Guillermo.

A worth it experience if in Mexico - We had a great time at this tour, worth it while in Mexico. Our tour guide, Gabriel, was wonderful! This is an all day event, we were picked up at 5:30 AM and returned to our hotel at 5:00 PM. However, Chichén Itzá is about 2 hours away from the Cancun hotel zone so there was time to sleep on the drive. Chichén Itzá is one of the seven wonders of the world, so it’s worth the trip. Swimming in the cenote was absolutely fantastic! We also enjoyed walking around Valladolid. This tour was great because it’s a small group, and both guides were kind and informed. Would recommend!

Best chichen itza tour - This was a fantastic experience. It is definitely worth booking with this small group tour that arrives early and beats the heat and the crowds. We had both Chichén Itzá and Ik Kil practically to ourselves! The guides Gabriel and Jesus were friendly, knowledgeable, and really knew how to avoid the crowded areas and take a different tour path than most to give a very private experience. The crowds started showing up once we got ready to leave, so we realized how important it was to arrive when we did. The van ride is a little long and could possibly be more comfortable, but not enough for me to drop my rating. I think my only “complaint” if I had to make one was that the “continental breakfast” was a gas station stop where we bought ourselves snacks - which is fine but don’t go into this tour thinking you’re getting breakfast! They did have lots of cold water on board, and some bananas. Other than that, the trip was amazing. 10 out of 10 would do it again and would request the same guides!
