Brilliant Tour - I honestly thought I’d left a review. A year late but this was an absolutely brilliant experience. My kids and I loved it. The instructor was patient till we all got the hand of using the Segway and his tour was really scenic and beautiful. Made the trip from Indianapolis on the day well worth it

Great new experience - “Captain Segway” aka Mike was instructive, helpful, knowledgeable and easy going. He volunteered too take photos with our phones to capture our memories and as a “funny” he left us a selfie, unbeknownst to us 😂

Tour guide Mike was... - Tour guide Mike was awesome! Got everybody acclimated to the Segway quickly (all of us in the group were new to Segway scooters, except for 1 person). Mike was very big on safety and made sure we all were comfortable, safe, and had an enjoyable experience. The views of the park and museum campus, Soldier Field were amazing! Definitely a unique experience. Look forward to taking the tour again on another visit to Chicago.

Segway tour for a family with teens! - Captain Segway was awesome! We’d never done a Segway tour and really loved it. It was easy to learn and a real pleasure to see so much of Chicago parks & learn a lot too. Would highly recommend!

Fun and interesting tour! - Guide was well-versed in segway use, and did a great job of explaining it to us. He kept us safe and together. He gave amusing and interesting anecdotes at all stops. And driving the segway was FUN! The large park was perfect for a segway tour, with lots of ground to cover, and some wide open areas for experimenting with speed.

All travel should be on Segways - I had so much fun riding around on a Segway. Captain Segway (Mike) was a prime instructor & tour guide. He provided gems of Chicago knowledge & I found it pretty rad that he claims this city as his own & has respect for it & his neighbors. I had no idea this city was so pretty. I've done several tours & keep learning new information. Love it.

Great Tour and Lot's of Fun. Have to do it again nnext time. - This was one of the highlights of our trip to Chicago. It was my job to line up adventures on our trip with 4 of us. The other 3 were somewhat reluctant, but when we finished the tour everyone was ready to do it again. We arrived about 1/2 hour early, the door was locked. There was a sign with a phone number that we called. The tour guide appeared almost immediately. It was just after noon when we arrived and located the place, so we were there at an inconvenient time, but he graciously got us going.. His name is "Captain Mike" and he is a Fantastic tour guide. Alot of knowledge and just the right amount of humor to make a very enjoyable tour. You get to see soo much in two hours, it's unbelievable. If they could have a little better description of the exact location it would help. I highly recommend taking this tour. AAA+++

Loved trying out a Segway for the first time and zipping around Chicago :) - The office location was not immediately clear. Once found the office was fairly rundown, untidy and disorganized. The paperwork was a formality, however it did seem odd that they asked for a DOB. The instructions were clear, and we were allowed time to practice before leaving. There were two people in my group who lacked confidence and were slower. I felt bad for them as the instructor kept a pretty good pace. Great for me, but I suspect not so fun for them . Sometimes we would wait until they were 10-20 yards away then get going again. This meant they got no breaks. The instructor was nice, provided a pretty good commentary but at times focused on topics that did not seem overly relevant and he read some of the information from off his phone. When speeding along it appeared as though the instructor was on his phone talking with a friend. I loved being on a Segway. The distance and area we covered were super. Instructor was good but did not seem 100% engaged. Am I glad I did it? Absolutely. Is it difficult when there is a group of 5 with varying abilities? Yes.
