Hassle free - Great and hassle free. Acceptable in most places but yes couple of attractions life Tilt, colour museum etc are not covered. Also time is less to cover the services offered in 2 days.

Chicago Vacay - The pass is worth it! Got a 5 day pass and did maybe 12 or more things in 4 days!! Great value and no hiccups when redeeming. Make sure you do all of your Navy Pier rides on the same day!

Great way to see the city. - Both passes offer great value for the money, but if you can afford the explorer pass, it is well worth spending the extra. There were a few attractions included that we hadn't planned to see, but found we had the time to, and we are so glad that we did. You need to plan ahead to optimize the use of the hop on hop off bus.

Lots of options and most... - Lots of options and most of the options are a good value for money va biking it directly. Also booking the GoCity pass on Viator was super convenient and easy to add it to your go city app as well. Once you add the pass you just have to go to the attractions you want to go to and scan it. Some attractions need a reservation on the app so remember to do that before going to the location.

Great attractions for a great deal! - The Go City Explorer Pass was amazing! We were able to have three jam-packed days going to a ton of different attractions. The Shoreline Skyline and Downtown Architecture cruises were a highlight. We also enjoyed seeing the city from above using the 360 Observation deck tickets during the day and the Skydeck tickets at night. Add in some nature and culture at the Shedd Aquarium and Field Musuem and we experienced a little bit of everything. We visited 10 attractions and easily could have worked 2-3 more in with the time we had! The Go City Pass was a great deal and we'll definitely purchase it again the next time we visit the city.

Very good pass but can do better - We were able to do many attractions but I deplore one thing With Shoreline we went on a boat tour of the Riverwalk and in the evening we wanted to go on a boat tour of the bay We couldn't do it because we would have had to wait until the next day to schedule this cruise We only had 3 days and so we couldn't do it the next day. I find these restrictions a little unfortunate.

Useless not worth it at least in Chicago. - The hop on hop off bus service is useless. Looks like Chicago has only 2 buses and they don’t show up even once in an hour. We purchased 2 day gocity all attractions pass. We wasted hours on day1 waiting for bus and were able to cover only 2 attractions, second day we used Uber and were able to cover more attractions. The pass does not cover tilt in 360 Chicago and we have to buy it paying additional cost. Don’t buy all day pass, go with explorer pass and never take hop on hop off bus.

Seadog said they'd honor Go City tickets but refused after City Cruises' cancelled tours - Seadog cancelled two architecture trips that we went to Navy Pier for because of too few customers. We told them our Go City pass expired that day and they said no problem, just come back and show your unused ticket. We did come back, after confirming with Seadog by phone, but Seadog refused our tickets at the dock even though that tour was sailing and they had space. I called GoCity and they would't help, saying there was nothing they could do, though a phone call from them may have solved it. Go City should drop Seadog from their lineup, since Go City's passes are not being fully honored. Also, in addition to hurting Go City's reputation, Go City probably paid Seadog for the unused tickets for scheduled sailings cancelled at the dock. Seadog doesn’t seem to record who actually boards and who is turned away at the dock due to tours cancelled while customers are standing in line waiting to board. $450, hours wasted, and three wasted trips to Navy Pier. I probably wouldn't buy Go City passes in another city.

Was charged twice for the same pass and declined refund for duplicate purchases - Purchase was only possible online or on APP. While I tried to make purchase, I kept getting error messages indicating payment was not successful. I had to make multiple attempts to pay. Then I ended up getting charged twice for the same 3-activity pass. I contacted customer service and explained it was a duplicate purchase and asked for a refund for one of the purchase. Request was declined and I had to do the similar activities twice in order not to waste the money spend. If I want to do 6 activities, the total price would be much lower, why should I buy two 3-activity passes? Disappointed!
