The park is part of the Himalayan mountain range, with elevations ranging from 800 to 2,565 meters above sea level. The highest point in the park is Doi Inthanon Mountain, the tallest mountain in Thailand. The park experiences high humidity and cool weather year-round.
Wachirathan Falls - This large waterfall is one of the most stunning in Thailand, with a significant volume of water cascading down. Located within Doi Inthanon National Park in Chiang Mai Province, Wachirathan Waterfall originates from Mae Klang creek at the top of Doi Inthanon. The waterfall features high cliffs and a single level, with water flowing into a basin below from a height of 70 meters.
