A fun day in Chester - We had a lovely day exploring Chester with some friends. The treasure hunt took us to areas we never would have found, with a great mix of history, nature, and cultural areas.

Even Cheshire residents learnt something new - Great for a family trip. A good few hours spent in the fresh air and saw lots of things that I hadn’t realised were there despite having been to Chester many many times in the past. Well organised and clues gave a decent challenge.

Chester tour - The clues kept our kids engaged with looking around the city and took us to some buildings and areas we would never have found

Enjoyable walk around Chester. - An interesting walk around the city centre and walls. We managed to solve most of the clues fairly quickly with just a couple of occasions where we had to retrace our steps. An enjoyable way to see the city with plenty of opportunities to stop for eating and drinking.

Fantastic day out! - Such a lovely and interesting way to explore Chester. Fantastic experience, so organised and very well done. Would definitely do it again!

Fantastic way to explore Chester - Excellent experience, especially for discovering new parts of the city that we didn’t know, despite having visited many times previously. Level of difficulty for solving the puzzles was just right - enough challenge to be interesting but not frustrating (plus you can always get hints),

Mr and Mrs P - I thought I knew it all in my home City of Chester, how wrong was i lol. Visited places i never knew where tbete are saw things in plane sight I'd missed for years. A fantastic way to spend a day.

Adventure activity. - Found this online and wanted something different to do with the family. We usually choose bowling or an escape room but fancied something that lasted a bit longer and stumbled across this experience. Our choice was Chester as it’s the nearest to where we live.Really good value when you compare with other activities. Found it easy to use and very well organised. The clues were testing and not too easy. The clues sent us all over the city centre and we saw things we had never seen before. And shortcuts we didn’t realise existed. One thing to remember is you have to think outside of the box when trying to solve the clues. My two grown up sons were a bit sceptical about this activity but actually they both had a great time. If it was a bit warmer we probably would of incorporated a couple of pub stops but as it was very cold opted for a warm coffee instead which subsequently was bought from a cafe in the park which again had never knew existed. Would definitely do another City great fun!!

Excellent interactive 5km treasure hunt round Chester - From the offset this was a great value and well organised experience. I booked for 16, and knew there was the option to change the numbers or even cancel at short notice if needed (eg if the weather was really bad). In the end due to illness 10 took part, and when I let the company know, the money was refunded straight away with very efficient email communication, which was reassuring. The intro pack was useful and just what was needed and easy to understand. We did think the leaderboard was going to update as we went rather than just at the end but that’s not a problem (but maybe worth explaining in the intro pack). The responses when we asked for hints/ submitted incorrect answers were clear and helpful. The length (just over 5km) was fine, a pleasant walk round Chester and it was useful showing easier routes to avoid steps/ steep hills for example if needed. The clues were ok for groups of adults and groups of teenagers - being at the right level. It took about 2 hours. It was good to have some historical facts / sites as well (that locals didn’t know!). It would be useful to know at the start maybe how the scoring is carried out- time vs number of wrong answers vs numbers of hints, but not the end of the world and made the adults less competitive maybe not knowing. Great fun - Great fun day out we loved it and found the clues fun and challenging with the directions easy to follow. Highly recommend as a different day out
