The guide was so cute and I loved her so much. Her stories were pretty good but she is not loud enough with all the cars going by and stuff going on. She just needs to learn to project her voice a bit. Other than that she was great.

Caleb was a nice guy but this was the most boring, least informative tour I've ever been on. There was very little shared about hauntings in Chattanooga. A bit too much about his mother in law.

We couldn't hear just about the whole tour. She walked facing forward which made it hard to hear/understand. I would suggest a wireless speaker system like the other ghost tour we passed while on our tour. Wasn't in that tour but didnt have a problem hearing her. The information didn't seem very believable as well. Definitely not worth the price paid. We were told to meet 15 min before the tour which we were, the tour guide showed up a couple min before 9pm, one couple got tired of waiting and left. We waited till 9:06pm for them to return and the tour concluded at approx 9:57.
