Great experience - We had a great time with Leslie, she told the history of the area , as well as some amazing dark stories and experiences around Chattanooga. The walking portion of the tour was easy. The sights and sounds of downtown were memorable. Leslie was very personable and she made the experience fun and a little scary! My hair stood on end several times during the tour

Great experience - Caleb was entertaining and handled the ongoing night life around us like a champ! He didn’t lose one guest with us to the Cherry Street bars either! The Read House information was by far my favorite!

Our tour was cursed because it was horrible. - Looking forward to a fun..spooky..evening with friends. This was the most boring ‘Ghost Tour’ we have ever experienced. The ‘stories’ had very little to do with Downtown Chattanooga, where we were walking. The stories were not delivered well…very boring and hard to follow. Nothing ‘ghostly’ or even creepy about the hour. Huge waste of money. Sorry Caleb with a C, this may not be your calling. The only real curse was this tour because it was horrible!

Would not recommend - This was our first scheduled ghost tour during our trip in August and we were excited that it was the "adult" tour, but disappointed that there wasn't anything adult-level scary in the stories. I've been on many ghost tours in multiple cities over the years (Savannah, San Diego--Hotel Del Coronado, Ybor City/Tampa, Beaufort SC) and felt that the guide was delivering a script and had zero personal connection to the city and stories. And I agree 100% with other reviewer/s that the script is the problem (vs. the guide), i.e. telling the last story outside of a jewelry store that didn't connect to the story. Also, we covered such a small distance during the tour and walked at a painstaking snail's pace throughout the tour. Most tours cover multiple locations and cover 1-2 miles in the tour. But if you don't want to walk much nor walk fast, you'll like that aspect of it.
