Thomas has two cruise ports - - The West India Company Dock (almost universally referred to as Havensight) and Crown Bay. Both are located on the south side of the island not far from Charlotte Amalie.

This is a shared shuttle service from both cruise ship ports in St. Thomas, Crown Bay and West Indies Port to the St. John Ferry Terminals, located on the East End of the Island.

This transfer operates between 7 AM and 5 PM. Additional charges may apply for pickup outside our normal operating hours.

The shuttle pick is
7:30, 8:00 at Crown Bay and 8:00, 8:30 for West Indies arrival at Red Hook at 8:50 for the 9:00 am Ferry.

11:00 at Crown Bay and 11:30 for West Indies arrival at Red Hook at 11:50 for the 12:00 am Ferry.

1:00 at Crown Bay and 1:30 for West Indies arrival at Red Hook at 1:50 for the 2:00 am Ferry.

Return to ships began at 12:30 pm West Indian stop is 30 minutes arrival at 1 pm, Crown Bay is 45 minutes.

Please note Return Shuttle is Coordinated with the local provider and clients required Return time to the ship.

Clients are advised to leave St. John two hours prior to ship departure.
Not doing so may incur delays to the cruise ship.

Example time;

If ships leaving at 5 pm clients are required to leave St. John by 3 pm. Local provider is not responsible for missed ships if client doesn’t follow the instructions.
