Beautiful and picturesque city - We really liked it, from mountain top it has great views of the Caribbean Sea and its islands. The historic part of the city is small with large spaces to visit: the government house, the 99 steps and the fountain, the Christian fort, the castle of Blackbeard, the post office, 2 churches, a synagogue, the hotel 1829 (abandoned), etc. but everything is very close. The bad thing is that everyone wants to sell you jewelry and diamonds, you lose time to visit attractions. We were told: we invited them to a party with a friend, we didn’t want to and went for a walk, those who accepted were sold jewelry and lost little time visiting, of course depends on what you want to do.

A True Taste of St Thomas! - We loved learning about the history of the island and seeing the heart of Charlotte Amalie. Eddie was phenomenal, very knowledgeable about the history of the area and answering all our questions. The butter bread was delicious and the fruit tarts were amazing. We loved that it avoided the high tourist areas and took us to the true center of the city, including the farmer's market, bakeries and winding alleys. Thank you, Eddie!

Great experience - Eddie our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the island and the current events going on. We were lucky enough that because of Eddie, we were able to go into the building where the governor's office is located.

One of a Kind Tour - Lisa was amazing! It was an amazing experience to receive information and the history about the island from a local that had lived there all her life. She provided perspective on the growth of the city. We loved the interaction and imitate detail Lisa was able to provide being from the island. Sampling the food along the way was a great bonus to eat like the locals!
