We did the Haunted Pub Crawl and it was a lot of fun. Informative, spooky, entertaining and a great experience. We had James as our tour guide and his knowledge of the city mixed with his story telling abilities made for an amazing time!

Guide was softspoken so couldn't be heard very well - lots of sitting time in bar versus "ghost stories". Expected more storytelling.

Our guide was very monotonous and wasn’t very engaging. We only went to 2 pubs and this was supposed to be a haunted pub crawl. We only got the history of 2 pubs. She constantly said “um” and seemed to be high or drugged out on something. It was one of the worst pub crawl we have ever experienced. I gave it 2 stars only for the simple fact that we did get some history out of it.

Our tour guide stated factually incorrect statements throughout the parts of the tour we were present for. She couldn’t get us into any bars except for one, which was incredibly odd and we all were split up. We left because the tour was not great and the bars were nonexistent. There should definitely be a plan for hosting tours during busy holiday weekends.

The tour felt very disorganized and like the guide didn’t really know what she was doing. I felt it was inaccurate to call the tour a “haunted pub crawl” as 1-there was no pub crawl. We went to 2 bars total over the course of the 2 hour tour and the second bar wasn’t even alleged to be haunted. 2-for claiming to be one of the most haunted cities in America, the guide shared very few ghost stories. We were 1 hour into our tour before there was a single haunting mentioned. I take ghost tours every city I go. I even took another one from another company the night before which was fantastic. I have taken several haunted pub crawls in other cities that actually were pub crawls, so I thought that maybe my expectations were too high? But at the only other bar we went too, while waiting for the bathroom-several of the other guests commented that they were disappointed with the tour and expected it to be an actual pub crawl and have more ghost stories, as you guys advertised it. Very disappointing. Among the worst haunted tours I’ve ever taken. Would not recommend at all.

Very disappointed in our tour, we paid for a private tour, ended up with eight additional guests, who left before the tour ended because of how bad. You should really take the pub crawl out of the name, because we were unable to get into the first pub. So unfortunately I can’t give a good review and plan on calling the BBB.
