We had a spectacular time. The is was a very unique experience and Nick was an excellent guide. He was patient, explained everything in detail and really knew what he was talking about. I would highly recommend this excursion. Very positive experience.

We were very grateful for the time that we were able to spend with Nick. His process was respectful and very engaging! We were able to use the equipment and were quickly able to become active participants in the experience. He also provided a lot of data, history and context for the places that we visited. We loved Charleston before the tour - but felt that we had a deeper connection to the city after our time with Nick. Thank you!

This was one of the coolest tours we've ever done! Nick was fabulous - engaging, informative, and able to pivot easily to what interested the group. We were "rookies" in ghost hunting (as opposed to seasoned veterans who know the lingo and ask informed questions) & Nick did a great job explaining the equipment and process while keeping it fun along the way. While the first stop didn't produce much activity, the history was still worth hearing. We passed a couple of more generic ghost tours on our route, and the difference between Nick & the other guys was astounding. They sounded robotic and as if they were reciting a script. Even more noticeable was how large and impersonal the others seemed. It was well worth the minimal extra cost for the small group alone - but Nick's equipment, knowledge, sense of humor, obvious joy in what he does, and post-hunt report make our Interactive Ghost Hunting Experience HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
