It was so cool to see how actual ghost hunters conduct activities. Truly a unique experience.

The entire trip was a lot of fun and a great learning experience. Kids loved it and I would recommend anyone thinking about trying it to stop thinking and do it already. Nick is very knowledgeable, passionate and professional. Looking forward to a second round soon enough.

This was the most interesting thing we did in charleston. Nick explained all the equipment and was so real and honest with what we could see or f7nd. The stories were great and different from the stories we had already heard from other tours. My daughter thought this was the coolest thing she had ever done. Thanks for the memorable experience

We had an Awesome time. Not only do you investigate several hot locations, but the background info about each spot is great. It was a history lesson and paranormal investigation all in one. Nick was top notch with his historical data and explanations. He did a great job teaching us how to use all the tools of the trade, and made it a very exciting and memorable time. we’ll definitely be back for more haunts.

As a storyteller of the history of Charleston, Nick has done the necessary homework and then more to deliver an experience that goes beyond expectations when someone wants to understand the history and timelines of events that have happened in the past that still effect the present!
