It was good but it was significant white washing. Neither the black experience pre or post civil war was mentioned - focus was all on rich dudes in big houses. Any mention of the black experience was a sidebar, or data on how more slaves went more other places so southern slavery wasn’t that bad, or post reconstruction realities. And most of the dad jokes landed flat.
