Highlights

Embark on a journey through nature along some of Thailand’s most stunning trails and mountain paths. Gaze over the kingdom from Thailand’s highest point atop Doi Inthanon in Chiang Mai. On our ascent, we’ll visit Wachiritharn Waterfalls, The King and Queen Chedi’s (offering the best views across the park), and then proceed to the peak of Doi Inthanon, the tallest mountain in Thailand. Near the summit, we’ll explore the Ang Ka Nature Trail.

A 1.3-kilometer lightly trafficked out-and-back trail near Mae Chaem features beautiful wildflowers and is suitable for all skill levels. The trail is mainly used for walking and nature trips. Within Doi Inthanon, there are both Karen and Hmong villages, which we will visit at the local market on our way down the mountain before heading back to Chiang Mai.

A great experience, highly recommended - This one day tour was totally worth it. Our guide was a young, pretty female (sorry that I forgot her name) who spoke fluent English and was knowledgeable about the history of the locations visited. The driver was a young man who was courteous and a careful driver. All locations on this tour were well planned. There was not a single location that I felt was too long or short nor wasting time. A nice quick Thai food lunch was included. Do bring a rain gear and a light jacket as on the mountain top it got quite cool (15 degree C). Highly recommended.

Recommended - The tour very complete and the Guide very friendly. Many interesting stops are made and you are also picked up and dropped off at the hotel itself. I highly recommend it.

Lovely, however misty day - Our tour guide was sweet and gave us some history on the places that we visited. We first visited two waterfalls, then the highest point in Thailand, which was followed by the Doi Inthanon Park. To our dismay, it was very misty and drizzling and couldn't see a lot. We only could see the outlines of the pagodas. That was a bit disappointing however understandable at this time of year. We were then taken to a field where we were treated with a tasty lunch. The tour ended at a Karen tribe village where we saw a women making scarves and then went for the coffee/tea tasting which was interesting to taste different flavours.

general talk - Chaing Mai in general is a delightful friendly town that is easy to get around and faily easy to communicate in if you take the time to express yourself slowly and are receiptive to figuring out thai. Can get the "say hi" app or something to translate with. the people rerally go out of their way to help

Great trip and experience - The scenery is really beautiful, but the weather is not beautiful. It was raining all the time when we were at the Twin Towers. The tour guide gave detailed explanations in both Chinese and English. The members of the same group were also very nice. It is a recommended itinerary...

Flower power! - This is a full day tour that takes in a local Thai village, stunning Waterfall, forrest and the National Park with a freshly cooked lunch in a local village and a stop at a local food market on the way back. It's a long but rewarding day in a AC minibus with chatty & knowledgeable guides, with so much to see but this ace in the pack really is the Royal monuments & gardens in the National Park. They are absolutely stunning, with floral displays that would overshadow the Chelsea Flower Show ! Plenty of time is also allowed at each location. A really well organised, fun, informative and memorable day.

I'm sorry. - I was in front of the hotel before the scheduled time, but they didn't pick me up. I took a taxi to the next designated location, but even after contacting them, they ended up hanging up on me, so I couldn't participate. I'd been looking forward to this for months, so this reaction was very disappointing. I really wanted to go.
