Disappointment for teenagers but fun for children. - It was a little disappointing, it's not as magical as they say and there's at least an hour of queuing, but it was still a lot of fun. I recommend it for small children no older than 8 years old.

Prepare to deal with rude people and you’ll be lining up most of your time bored as hell before you get on a 5 min ride. - When you arrive at the train station there is really no information on where to go. I saw a sign that said Disney Express so thought that sounded likely. Dragged all the luggage upstairs (with 5 yr old) then was asked if I was picking up luggage I said no we were going to the hotel. Instead of explaining I could leave the luggage there and it would be delivered I wasn’t told that and dragged it all back downstairs. Tried to find someone to help me find the bus to the hotel saw about 10 people in a roped off area with uniforms none really doing anything. Lined up to see if one would speak to us to find he didn’t speak much English but there was a bus outside. Go outside again no signs and super confusing. Found eventually through a member of public that the shuttle buses were 3 roads over. Then I found the one for our hotel. No place for luggage on the bus so it was rolling everywhere the bus driver was extremely rude when I checked whether we were on correct bus. There is no information on the bus about where your stop is. Ours was first lucky someone on the bus told me as you could see no sign. Getting to park initially was difficult as minimal signage and the hotel gave no information. Had to get an Uber then I worked out could have just walked for 10 minutes. There is security check points before going on some staff nice others rude. The park staff gave inconsistent information such as when my son fell over trying to find first aid was more than difficult. Told by a shop they had no first aid and I had to go to entrance they then told me it was inside the park and in the end we went to an outside restaurant and they provided a dressing. There is 1 hr wait at least on basically everything if not longer. Probably would not bother going unless kids were much older and you pay the extra for express rides on everything which would cost a fortune. Some staff on rides were rude eg went on haunted house ride and the guy said I needed to take off my backpack before getting on the ride. We were waiting to step onto the conveyer belt to get into the ride so I assumed he meant before getting off the belt. He said bag! I said oh I need to take it off now. He said now! I said I thought you meant before the ride and he said ‘when we say now we mean right now not in 2 hr not 1 day or a month it means now’ super smart Alec and an attitude not called for after waiting an hour to get to the ride. The park is nice and fun but the attitudes of many could be better. FYI French people don’t seem to like children. I observed more than a few ‘hissing cross shushing’ children including babies and these strange noises were from women approx 30 which really surprised and disgusted me. Apparently your child has to be quiet and perfect behaviour from these women without children. Shops are very expensive both food and merchandise.

A Tale as Old as Time - Literally, It Hasn't Changed - My last visit to Disneyland cemented the fact that I won't be returning any time soon. Did both Parc Disneyland and Parc Walt Disney Studios, three days in total. Everything is overpriced and overcrowded, but I expected as much. The problem is that the overall experience is nowhere near as good as say Europa Park or the Efteling. I was 16 the last time we visited, 29 now, and besides some thematic updates (Star Wars and Avengers), I'm not entirely sure what was done to keep it fresh. Both parcs, however, are clean and the staff is friendly. I think 'meh' summarizes my review.

Ageing park - It's been 10 years since we didn't come and no major news except Ratatouille, the floats of the parade are the same and we don't meet the characters in the 2 parks since you have to pay to take a photo with them. Prices have become far too high because the parks are really aging in addition to all the pallisades of the works in progress. Frankly, Disney magic isn't really there anymore...

Not worth the hype - The park each day was very overcrowded with poor crowd control. I witnessed arguments within crowds trying to get a view point for parades and firework display. Sad young kids were mixed up in this. The queues for rides were disgusting in many cases around an hour for a three minute experience. Rides were very short and many were quite poor in my opinion. prices were eye watering, a total rip off especially having to buy bottled water on a hot day. Some of the cast members were rude to us. I also got food poison on the last day and had a miserable trip back home. The shuttle busses from the park to hotels are very busy late at night and again I viewed people at their very worst scrambling over each other to board the bus again with infants and mothers with strollers in the mix. No security to control the crowd. I feel disgusted after our family trip, how we saved and looked forward to this for our daughter. Total disappointment.

Awful experience, would never go again - A few things happened that we witnessed like staff being rude & kicked a lady's buggy out the way because it was in his way, but the worst thing that topped it off was my daughter was choking in the breakfast hall & we was calling for help as was struggling to do the heimlich maneuver & all the response was is what do u expect us to do about it, it's against the law for us to help (which later found out it isn't, as they have same rules as us, call for emergency services if u can't personally help) & why don't u walk her to first aid which was 15mins walk away. Luckily the man on the table next to us (another customer) managed to do the heimlich maneuver & get it out so she's fine now. But in compensation to that all Disneyland Paris done was send us a Minnie notebook & pen as a sorry, disgraceful if that's all my daughters life could of been

The magic has died - So sad to discover this Disneyland... I dreamed of returning there since childhood, to find the magic and characters that rocked my younger years. But what a disappointment... By stepping back, I try to find something positive, in vain. Of course, the crowds are mentioned in all the comments, and this is understandable given the park's global success. The queues indicate a 30-minute wait, finally waiting for more than an hour in an oppressive and suffocating atmosphere. Some attractions break down after a long queue. Others are closed for work altogether, a dozen in total — without any clear information on the site. And of course, no proposed reduction. There are hardly any benches: mothers breastfeed their babies sitting on the floor, children lying on the concrete, exhausted. Picnics are forbidden, leaving the park wastes almost two hours... Everything seems to be thought to push you to consume in restaurants Children have eyes filled with stars, but parents are tired. … Before 2010, the shows were in French, and so were the songs. Today, the choice of English is clearly marketing, while French visitors still represent nearly 50% of the public. Fortunately we didn’t come to the region just for that... The magic has died. (weekday visit outside school holidays )

TIMO DISNEY - Bad experience, many closed attractions, none of water, no shades, no fountains, only cash for ice cream or drink... they tell you only cash, and on top of that they have almost no ice cream from those who sell. I think there's no difference with Warner, and more expensive. No character on the streets as advertised, a total scam. Zero fantasy

Not seeing your character - I'm very unhappy, 3 days in the park to see stitch and be able to take a picture and we never saw him or gave us the opportunity to take that picture is a very pricey character and they put him very little time for the picture and that's not fair, and to know a character and not be able to see him and with how expensive the park is, it's a shame and leave a child without seeing his character and there's no thing left, I'll put a claim to see if they give me a solution and tell me what there is, there's no solution, shame

Please don't do this to yourself - With the worst thing I've ever seen. Overcrowded, unfriendly and low quality in most places. There were rides that simply failed, employees at stalls making fun of foreign guests in French and mostly bad food. Waiters who bring you the wrong food or side dishes all the time. Clear drinks even though the glasses are not empty. A borrowed stroller was stolen after 2 hrs but no one went into it. The relationship between waiting time and “driving pleasure” is disproportionate. At a ride where you drive a car, my partner was helped out of the car without her wanting it and courageously grabbed the butt again. I had to go back to the hotel with my son (4) again and again as he didn't want to go to the toilet in the park. Because already around 11 o'clock there were hardly any toilets without faeces and urine. There are many more terrible and disgusting examples but in the end there is only one thing to say. Please don't do this to yourself!
