Park of activities - Super well organized park , very well treeed, clean. Everything is done to make you have a great time. We know how to secure you in a good mood, very competent teams. We'll take you in four fours. at the place of your choice at any time of the day. The quad bike ride is very interesting, a little sporty (we go up , down , passes small streams ) informative , the guide explains the different sites that we visit by making several stops . The park restaurant seen on the waterfall is beautiful and very good. We had a very nice day.

Our Experience - This place has been an excellent experience for us as we could enjoy nature’s beauty peace and thrill altogether. This place is very exciting and its kids friendly as well. Staff there is very helpful and kind. They try to enhance your experience by being friendly and understanding. Special thanks to Mr. Subinoy Das who has been our tour guide and the one who drove us through the entire park and helped us through many-things there which made our trip memorable in every way. In one line if I have to summarise then this place is worth visiting and if you are lucky to come across ‘Mr. Subinoy your trip will be memorable for sure.

Great fun for the family - We visited La Vallee on two days of our holiday as we had not realised how much there was to do. The zip lining is absolutley brilliant and such good fun - don't go for anything less than the 7 ziplines. The 1.5km one was an absolute rush. Thanks to Farouk and team for guiding us and keeping us safe, we had such a great time.

Awesome day out - If you are looking for a memorable experience in Mauritius, you’d be hard pushed to beat La Vallee des Couleurs. We did quad biking, waterfalls and zip wires and had an absolutely fantastic time. Nathaniel was a great guide. Made memories and had exhilarating fun!

Quad and visit - Visit the site on a quad bike is great for having sensations and visiting the waterfall , the 23 colors and lush vegetation

Disappointing 😞 - As a Mauritian, I visited Vallée des Couleurs recently and was extremely disappointed. Despite being a local, the prices were exorbitant. Every activity comes with a separate, hefty fee, yet the actual fun—especially for children—is very limited and not worth the cost. The biggest letdown was the restaurant. Prices are shockingly high, even beyond what you'd expect in a 5-star hotel, yet the service was poor, the food was overly salty, and the overall quality was very disappointing. It’s unfortunate that no special rates are offered for Mauritian residents, unlike many other attraction parks across the island. This would have made the experience at least more accessible for locals. Overall, the place felt very commercial and overpriced. Definitely not worth the money.

Tourists Beware - Worst Experience at Valle Adventure Park - Beware before going there - Our Worst Experience in Mauritius – Tourists, Please Be Cautious! We had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Valle Adventure Park in Mauritius. What was supposed to be an exciting activity turned into a complete mess due to misleading sales tactics, poor management, and extremely rude staff. Here’s what went wrong: Misleading Commitments by Salesperson "John": Outside the park, John made tall claims and promised us specific packages and experiences. We booked 7 adult Signature zip lines (1.5 km each) and solo zip lines (500m) for 7 kids + 1 accompanying adult. False Information About Kids' Zipline: We were assured all kids would be doing solo zip lines. But inside, they were forced to do duo rides, citing wind and weight issues. Why wasn't this mentioned during booking? Faulty Zip Line Setup for Adults: The very first zip line was faulty. Not just our group, but multiple people got stuck midway. It was unsafe and poorly managed. Zero Accountability and Rude Staff: When we raised concerns: Staff pretended to be unaware. They initially refused a redo. After 3 hours of arguing, they only allowed 2 people to repeat the ride, but by that time the park was closed and finally gave a partial refund, not the full amount we paid. Staff to Be Cautious Of: John (Sales) – Misleading promises Hyder (Zipline manager) – Agreed to re-do ride for 1 person on a condition that if the person doesn't reach in one go then they would charge full ride fee. When 1 person completed ride in one go and asked re-ride for other 2 people, he disappeared and made us wait for 2:30 - 3:00 hours. Mehendi (Manager) – Offered a so-called "negotiable" refund Cashier Lady – Name unknown, equally unhelpful Mr. Yohan – One of the rudest staff members we’ve encountered, extremely disrespectful to tourists We had even skipped visiting the 7 Coloured Earths for this, trusting our driver’s suggestion – which turned out to be a big mistake. Photos of receipts, refund forms, and staff are attached to support our claims. ⚠️ TOURISTS BEWARE – Don’t fall for their sweet talk outside. The experience inside does not match what is promised. Definitely not worth your time, money, or energy.

Worst experience ever - Had the worst experience- did the quad bike adventure. My husband was hurt, bruised because the breaks dint work properly. The guide was rude. Discouraging all the time, ignorant of the many times we said that the breaks are not working properly. Even the quad manager was not understanding. Worst experience ever- never going to come back. Never recommending to anyone.
