Amazing first diving experience for my 12-year-old — safe, fun, and unforgettable with instructor Nico! - My 12-year-old son had his very first diving experience and absolutely loved it — so much that it turned into a two-day Junior Diving Course! Nico was an amazing instructor — super friendly, patient, and incredibly thorough, especially with kids. He made my son feel completely safe and confident underwater. My son came back each dive buzzing with excitement, telling us about all the incredible marine life he saw — and he was so lucky to see sea turtles a few times! It was such an unforgettable experience for him (and a big relief for us as parents). Highly recommend this dive center, especially for families or anxious parents whose kids are trying diving for the first time. Nico and the team made it such a positive and memorable experience!

From the accommodations that provide you with Palm Garden Resorts Phuket, where you are very comfortable from Welcoming with a refreshment and a smile to the services enjoyed by the resort with its pool overflowing with flora or food that is spectacular among others. The dive center that also enjoys very good quality both the shop and warehouse along with the workshop and the friendliness of the mechanic who left me his own pressure gauge, the pickup and transport services for the staff and of course as I said all the friendliness of all the staff, the joy of Simon, the safety and info that Tim conveys, the desire and passion for what make all the instructors or guides that I met, even I who is not my strong English you notice that, wanting to do things right what makes you feel comfortable diving and living in this short period of time, the peace of mind of Jens, The safety of Eric, The speed of Achu, the sympathy and how he lives of Taew, The quality of the videos of Julien, the pleasantness of Nico and forgive me those who do not know their names but I think they are all super nice and that I am thankful to all, The boats are fine and their crew is great, always in good mood and willing to help you, returning to the boats are comfortable for the crossings we made of the dive points between Phi Phi and Phuket. From the dive plan that marked the days of two dives allows you to enjoy part of the day some tourism limiting this the days of three dives. The dive although it is good is not exclusive in this month that I was in the beginning of October in the boat that I went, being low season and sharing with quite a tourist the boat which does not influence that you have your own guide for three , for one or for two things quite infrequent. It is not a liveboard what I did so there to differentiate between the advantages and not sleeping on the boat. Therefore you can not evaluate negatively as I see some since it is what I was looking to do tourism and diving. And in this I am very happy with the services provided quality price since everything that can be valued in a negative way I am sure is due to a misunderstanding by the way of expressing themselves of each, why what is See Bees as a center was always the desire to like and do things well, like everything there improveable things but I was looking for was more than Covered. Highly recommended for beginners and advanced divers - Looking for a diving school in Phuket? You found her. We can highly recommend Sea Bees Diving to anyone who wants to learn to dive, or just do some fantastic dives. In Okotober 2025 my 10 year old daughter did her SSI Junior Scuba Diver certificate under the excellent supervision of Instructor Nico including 3 fantastic dives, and I completed my SSI Open Water certificate with Nico in 2 additional dives. The team of Sea Bees, Instructor Nico and Assistant Instructor Kiannah, as well as the boat crew of the Stingray, one of our own boats from the Sea Bees Diving Diving School in Chalong Phuket, have always looked after us perfectly over the entire three days, above and underwater, and also on land. We stayed at the Palm Garden Resort, close to the diving school and the pier, and especially with the 3m deep pool we needed for the pool session. The next three days we went out to sea and to the islands for our dives with drr Stingray. In addition to the exercises and tests we had the opportunity to observe the underwater world and could admire Blacktip Reef Sharks, moraines and even a rather rare Green Turtle sea turtle in Racha Ray Bay 1. And because we are now SSI certified, we made 2 more boat trips with the Sea Bees. And again Nico managed to enjoy the fantastic underwater world. My daughter feels so safe underwater with him that I also forgot my natural paternal concern, and was thus able to fully enjoy diving. On each tour we met fantastic people from all over the world and exchanged ideas about diving and other things with delicious food on the boat. Many thanks to Kiannah, Nico and the entire Sea Bees team with the Stingray Boat Crew. We are looking forward to diving with you again on your next holiday.

Amazing dive trip - Thank you so much to Eric for two amazing dive days and to Nick and Sunny for the fantastic dive training! We had two incredible days on board with See Bees, and a huge thanks to the crew as well. Everything was absolutely perfect!

Super dive center for beginners and advanced - Very good dive center with great staff. I have not experienced a guide for 4 divers each at any other dive center. Nice day ship with top catering (breakfast + lunch and a snack after diving). Our guide Tim supervised us and brought out the maximum possible for us at each dive site. Can only be recommended!

Great experience! - The whole experience was amazing, the boat crew were always on hand to help, the food was excellent and all the dive guides were very friendly and ensured we were always looked after. Overall, a great experience!

Amazing dive operation with wonderful instructors and DMs - Thomas was the instructor for our boys' Jr. Open Water class and was excellent with them, both patient and highly knowledgeable. Tim was our DM and helped us through diving after a very long break. Both were super thorough and kept us safe and informed. The organization as a whole is very well run and able to make the dive trips run well. We will definitely dive again with them and tell anyone else they should, too!

Don’t get STUNG by this company! - I booked a scuba trip with car service two weeks before my trip. The booking was confirmed, and it said the shuttle would meet me at hotel at 8:00 am. They never showed. I asked the hotel concierge to reach out to SeaBees to see what was going on, and they told him that “Viator never sent SeaBees a confirmation, so I wasn’t booked in their system for a dive or pickup” They asked the concierge to quickly arrange a car to get us there and said they could add us to today’s dive. Since my husband wanted to dive so badly, I decided to still go. Mistakes happen, so I was going to let it go. Maybe Viator did make a mistake; if so, I didn’t want to blame SeaBees. So then we got to the boat. The boat itself was nice. The food was actually not bad either. The dive master we were assigned was also really nice. Unfortunately, the dives weren’t great. Conditions were murky and current was mild, so we didn’t see much. But we know that stuff can’t be controlled by the dive team. I’m not upset about any of that. What did upset me next was how I was treated by one of the divemasters named Niko. When I was putting all my gear away after the dives, I mistakenly picked up his dive belt (thinking it was my husband’s). He rudely said “could you NOT move my dive belt from where I put it?” It wasn’t what he said but rather how he said it. I quickly apologized. I was trying to explain the mistake, and he cut me off- “why do you even need TWO belts?!” His tone caught me completely off guard. I said, “I’m sorry, I thought one was my husband’s.” He rolled his eyes as if he didn’t believe me. I felt like I’d been scolded. I was really taken aback. Another person on the trip even asked me if I was okay and told me how rude they thought the encounter was. My husband was also fuming when he heard, and I probably should’ve just let him throw Niko overboard as he deserved. By now, I just wanted to go home at this point. I was so upset. To make matters worse, when it was time to check out, the manager told me he wanted to speak privately before we left. Thinking it was an apology for Niko or our morning car ride, I went to the desk like a fool. Instead, I was appalled. They tried to gaslight me this time by telling me “I’d put in the wrong address on the reservation and that’s why there was a mix up this morning”…except that’s NOT what they’d said on the phone that morning. What happened to “Viator never sending a confirmation to them?” And now all of a sudden, they can see the reservation, but it was MY fault for “putting in a wrong address?!” I swear my jaw was on the floor at this moment. When I got back to the hotel, I checked the app and asked them to look at what I’d input into the app. The address wasn’t wrong. The address I sent for our hotel WAS correct.
