Best private driver for a day tour - Tum, our driver of the day was fantastic.
Tum showed us parts of Phuket we didn’t know and fitted in spots we like to see.
Al in al Tum made the day out a great day

Dol is the best! - Our driver, Dol, was great! Super nice, joyful, generous! He showed us best restaurants, beautiful beaches and amazing viewpoints. He even got some fried chicken for us to try, best in Phuket! Had water for us, napkins, cough medicine lol, he came prepared! It was a very enjoyable day, highly recommend!

Mustafa was great driver... - Mustafa was great driver driving carefully and speaking very good English. I gave him at the beginning where we want to go and dine and he arranged it in very efficient way

Well worth the time and money! - Bus arrived on time, clean, efficient. Priced well. Driver spoke decent English and was very polite and was genuinely interested in helping us enjoy our excursion.
We asked to stop at a few points of interest not listed in the suggested itinerary and he had no issues with that.
Service was provided exactly as described. Would definitely rent again!

Great experience - The private car rental experience was great! We got to pick exactly where we wanted to go and got personalized recommendations along the way. Our driver, Jon, was very friendly and shared lots of information with us. We learned so much about Thailand and the area - he really made the experience a memorable one!

Driver was late arriving.... - Driver was late arriving. I had to contact Viator and when the driver turned up, got the feeling he had only just been made aware of the job. He had no suggested itinerary. Luckily, as this was not my first time in Phuket, I was able to give some suggestions. Would have been difficult for first timers to know where to visit and how the time frame would work

Drive away! - Booked to take off from Phuket to Krabi. Tryed the day before we were going to go call them to check details. This is because there was very little on the website. Absolutely impossible to get anybody to explain. Said several times what the route was without it being commented. When the driver arrives the next day, he tells his boss he can't go outside Phuket. Not willing to look at options to help. Not willing to give the money back. Money out the window and very poor service. The driver stakkar, was a very nice man who tried to help. Stay away, sad with someone else.
