If you're planning on visiting Chacchoben, I highly recommend this tour! - I highly recommend this activity! Our guide, Rafael, was very kind and knew everything about Chacchoben. My 4-year-old daughter is interested in insects and animal life, so he answered all of her questions, not just about the ruins. This activity was really fun! I'd love to go again when my kids are older!

Mayan Ruins excursion - The entire experience was fantastic! From the moment we started until the end the staff was helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make our trip the best! We would recommend this excursion to any person or family who are interested in having excursion in Costa Maya. Our tour guide was incredible, just a beautiful human being who lives two cute dogs, and a great knowledge of local history.

Great Experience - Summer is the rainy season so bring a poncho or umbrella. We had a great time even though it rained during our tour. Rafa was a great guide and had a lot of knowledge

A day to remember. - Our trip to the Mayan ruins ended up being an unforgettable, private experience—just my son and me. From the start, our tour guide went above and beyond to ensure we had a top-notch visit, even though it rained for half the day. His knowledge of the history of the Mayan civilization was exceptional, and he enriched our visit with fascinating insights about the surrounding jungle as well. The combination of his expertise, passion, and dedication made the day truly special. I would strongly recommend taking this tour in the future—it’s an experience worth every moment.

Tour guide was... - Tour guide was informative, the stop for fresh pineapple was great as well as the stop for authentic Mexican tacos. The Ruins was the highlight of the trip. They brought us back to the cruise port in time. Very friendly and would recommend to anyone coming from a cruise.

Good on the whole. Start time not communicated well. - Great tour, but the start time should of been communicated as opposed to 1hr from disembarkation as it took 1hr 15 mins for everyone to arrive which was pretty annoying Tour was informative, bus was fine, plenty of water and we had fresh pineapple which was lovely. We enjoyed seeing the monkeys and Mayan temples

Great family adventure! - Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable and made our experience full of the insight and awe we were hoping for. These ruins were like a compound that we were able to walk through and around while our guide located flora and fauna for us to experience first-hand. Worth the drive from the port!

Family trip. - We opted to do a an excursion not through the cruise ship and we were not disappointed. We did did have to walk a little outside of the designated area, but it wasn’t too far. And once we got out of the cruise ship area, they had Octavio. Our God was waiting for us. They were very courteous. Did a great job. Loved being able to hear the history and see the work they’re doing there but highly recommend.

Didn't dissapoint - Tour Guide Daniel was very accommodating and the tour was what I expected with added bonus of wild monkeys in a tree, honey bees making honey in another tree and gum tree chicklet used to make chewing gum. Never too old to experience first hand the things we take for granted. Tour was better than staying in the port for sure!

Fantastic experience!! - Rafael Elias was phenomenal as a our guide on our trip last week. He was funny, knowledgeable, professional, and gave us an in depth experience of the ancient ruins. Although we were surrounded by other tour guides, he was the only person to identify the sound of local monkeys by the ruins! We were the first people to see them (along with a Tuscan bird) and we invited the other visitors to see the monkeys as well. Definitely worth booking with him!
