Escuna Walk - I did with my husband and my teenage children a tour of the agency and our experience with them was great. Gentle staff, combined schedules met, the boat despite being quite full accommodated everyone satisfactorily.

Nice sailing ride - We had nice moments, very good organization, punctuality, security at all times. Recommended. We went as a family

Super weekend - Very nice environment, super familiar, exactly as it is in the photos, a restaurant with very good prices, Adriana (the owner of the apartment) very attentive, very nice place

Tour with Vaguinho - We took a walk with Vaguinho. Sensational. Highly recommended. The route is wonderful. We took a lot of pictures. It's worth it.

Angra dos Reis Tour - We took a walk with Vaguinho, it was very good, extremely attentive! It's worth taking the boat ride with him! Congratulations.

Disaster - It is a cheap trip but we left an hour late and they wait everybodo who was late. A four hours tour ended in a 3 hours one. They sold much more tickets that the capacity of the boat, not professional at all

Too stressful for a walk, which was to be relaxing. Lack of emotional control of employees. - Tour of Lancha, we pay R$ 180 It was supposed to be a day just to relax. However, there was a delay of more than 30 minutes and finally, a state of nervous tension in the tourists, a tense, heavy climate for a walk, one of the agency's employees was very abusive and lost emotional control. We got the impression that the tickets were sold "where on time" the more, the better for the Agency.

Total failure - I'm here to tell you about my terrible experience with this agency. I went with my girlfriend and her cousin on an escuna tour on the boat São Mateus on Sunday (January 5, 2024), the anniversary of the municipality of Angra. On entering the boat we saw two men coming out of the boat with a Navy insection uniform. All right, right?! We sat in the accents at the end of the boat. All wonderful until we noticed there was a dark smoke coming out of the boat. The crew seemed calm, we stayed, too. But that smoke started coming over us, and we were getting dirty. I even saw a dark spot in the water left by the scum. At the first stop we changed places, because our clothes were dirty, eyes burning, and the whole body dirty (I have several dirty photos of a black dust). We sat on the side, but to our surprise there was also a pipe under the bench releasing a hot and gray smoke as well. All terrible, because not even with the dive of the stops that dirt out. It seemed to get worse. Until we finally stop for lunch. We went to the restaurant and then to the beach next door, always looking at the boats waiting for our return. Until we saw a very similar, but this time with a toboggan in the back, something that did not have in St. Matthew. We were walking because it was already time. And to our surprise, we didn't see any known faces in the restaurant and we saw from afar the boat leaving shortly after arriving. Finally we found another group that claimed that the boat had left already, that they had changed the boat without warning (detail, the sound system was not working on the boat). This group was on another boat because they said they knew the people from there, and soon afterwards we found a couple who also lost the boat. This couple claimed to be at the restaurant all the time and nevertheless were not warned. Finally, we found a boy wearing the shirt from the same agency that spoke to us to return on the next boat that had place. Anyway, an absurd disappointment. I only remember the old women coughing and covering their faces. What if that happens to someone with a disability? What if it was the last boat? The desire was to leave the boat straight to the agency to ask for the money back still dirty by the smoke. But we'd rather go straight home to clean up.
