- Cidade Do Samba - The Carnival Experience, promoted by Grande Rio Samba School, offers visitors a behind-the-scenes look at the creation and production of the parade long before it takes place at Marquês de Sapucaí Sambadrome. This unique experience showcases the production of allegories and costumes, the design process, and the craftsmanship involved in assembling the grand floats, highlighting the hard work of the professionals involved.
- Pedra do Sal - Located at Conceição Hill, Pedra do Sal is part of the region historically known as Little Africa, which extended from Praça Mauá to Cidade Nova. It is the birthplace of urban carioca samba, evolving from rural samba played with hands, tambourines, plates, and knives, and danced with tap dancing, sieved, and “umbigadas.”
