10/10 experience our tour... - 10/10 experience our tour guide was Romeo and we learned a lot about rum and the rums we tried. A little sad that when our tour was over we couldn’t get our complimentary cocktails but overall great.

Maestro Tour- Well worth it!!! - This was an amazing tour and I cannot say enough about our guide, Frances. She was knowledge, funny, patient and clearly loves what she does. We enjoyed each part of the factory tour but took great delight in the rum tastings. Outstanding!!!!

An Unforgettable Experience with Dr. Garcia - We had the pleasure of taking a walking tour of Old San Juan with Dr. Garcia, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Puerto Rico. From the moment we met him, it was clear that Dr. Garcia is deeply passionate about Puerto Rico’s history, culture, and people. His knowledge was incredible, and he brought every street, building, and historic landmark to life with fascinating stories and context that you simply wouldn’t get exploring on your own. What made the experience even more special was how genuinely kind and welcoming he was. He took the time to answer every question we had, never making us feel rushed, and even walked us back to our car to ensure we got there safely. That level of care and hospitality speaks volumes about the kind of person he is. If you’re visiting Old San Juan and want more than just a sightseeing tour, book a tour with Dr. Garcia. You’ll leave with a much deeper appreciation for Puerto Rico’s rich history and culture, and you’ll feel like you’ve spent the morning with a friend rather than just a tour guide. Thank you, Dr. Garcia, for making our visit so memorable. We can’t recommend this experience highly enough!

We thought we were doing... - What a fun way to learn about rum and Puerto Rico! Only 4 stars because we thought we were doing a factory tour but it was more like a whole campus tour with a warehouse tour and then we talked through the rum making process vs truly seeing it. I still enjoyed it and the tour itself felt very put together and classy. Esther was a lot of fun and very knowledgeable. Plus, the drinks were delicious!! A fun vibe for sure.

Horrible - If I can give less than one star, I would. The reason I’m giving it is: I booked the tour through Tripadvisor the day we embarked on a Princess Cruises at the end of July. Puerto Rico was one of the stops. But I had a reservation for a few days before. Just so you have an idea of the person I’m. I’m the kind of person that reads everything, I read all the reviews. I read every single thing that goes in the explanation of what the tour is or what to expect. So the morning that we get to Puerto Rico, which is the third day of our cruise, I get a text message from Bacardi Plus an email later on. Stating that they would not let us in the tour if we did not wear “closed toes” shoes. Mind you, we were already on our way on the Taxi to the facility. When we get there for our booked tour, they tell us the same thing. So I stated to the person that was receiving the paperwork that we had no closed toes shoes, and we wanted to do our tour. Then she goes to tell us that we could NOT go in. That it was an OSHA issue, and if we wanted to go in, WE NEEDED TO GO BACK INTO TOWN, AND BUY CLOSED TOES SHOES. And maybe we could get another appointment to tour the facilities. Mind you, we had to take 30 min and $40 taxi to the facility from the port. To say the least they refused to refund the $$$ because we needed to find out in advanced that you could not enter the facilities without those specific shoes. As I stated before nowhere in the site, on both places had anything regarding to having to wear closed toes shoes.
