Fascinating and fun way to see Catania's underground spaces you can't visit on your own! - My aunt and I loved this guided tour. Oreste, the guide, is an archaeologist by profession and was able to give us tons of fascinating information about the locations we visited. He is friendly, punctual and professional and a Catania native, and even kindly offered to walk us to our next stop after the tour. I highly recommend you take this tour if you're in Catania and want to see its underground wonders with someone who knows them well and is working on getting the city to open up and excavate more underground spaces.

Excellent underground tour. Not to be missed - Excellent tour of underground parts of Catania that we never would have seen. Mathilde was very knowledgeable, had pictures to show of of what we were seeing and how they looked long ago. She even stop and got us local refreshments which was a very nice touch. Catania and its fascinating history - We really learned a lot about Catania from our guide, Oreste, who put the history of this city in context so that its current condition is understandable and makes sense. The underground experience is quite memorable.

Catania underground to see absolutely - I did this tour of almost 3 hours, among other things one day it rained a lot, our guide Oreste prepared made us spend these hours without making us bored and showing us particular sites divas the keys to access ke had only him, if you do not do this tour you can not see them independently. Highly recommended
