• Mount Etna - Mount Etna is the tallest active volcano on the Eurasian plate and has been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Starting from the village of Nicolosi, visitors ascend towards its summit through vineyards and valleys of layered lava. At a certain point, they will find themselves in a “lunar” landscape.
  At approximately two thousand meters in elevation, they will reach the Silvestri Mountains, which feature two inactive craters. The lower crater is easily accessible and can be entered.
  For those feeling adventurous, there is also the option to hike to the upper crater. This trek is more challenging and involves a bit of climbing, but it is well worth the effort: once at the top, the view of the lower crater with its reddish hues and the distant Gulf of Catania is breathtaking.
  The tour concludes with a scenic visit to the historic center of Catania, along Via Etnea, Piazza Duomo with its elephant statue, and Piazza Stesicoro, followed by a brief stop and return to the Catania cruise terminal.
