Professional crew & full day itinerary - a great day on Lan Ha Bay! - Happy we chose this cruise, the crew were very welcoming and ensured we were well looked after for the duration of the cruise. The lunch included was well beyond our expectations with a personalised food order, as well as 2 additional entree servings and fruit to finish. The cruiser was well equipped with many spaces to relax and not feel imposed with other guests. There was adequate water sport opportunities to fill out the day and maximise the full-day cruise experience. Also be sure to participate in the village tour; it was quite fun and has beautiful landscape.

Dreamlike experience at the highest level! - This trip was absolutely great and is highly recommended! Punctual hotel pickup, a great boat with a very dedicated crew, detailed information, beautiful and quiet arrival points, a very high quality lunch to the return transport- everything perfect.

Almost the best value for an amazing tour on the bay - Tbh Perfect day trip on Lan ha bay. We even had the whole day overcast and with a little rain and it still didn't matter we had the best time so imagine how good could it be with sun shining through. We were in all honesty a little hesitant because the price was even lower than many other well regarded similar tours around ha long and Lan ha. Still we trusted the agency and the exceeded our expectations. All included: welcome tea, menu food (we tried veg and normal menu and it was ok, not the best food ever but fairly ok and more than enough for two men. If anything a little more salt was required but we just asked for salt and soy sauce when required and it was all well). The boat is as promised, fairly well maintained / newish. Great for photos out of which we all took many. The activities were fun, including visiting a village and cycling through it, and the staff was friendly. Fruit was served towards the end of the service. I did this tour from cat ba with another agency years ago, the experience was fairly similar, simply we didn't visit this time the monkey island and we didn't (in theory?) visit any part of ha long bay but I cannot really astest any difference in karsts or views as I'm not a geogolgyst.. so it was more than enough for us. The tour could end at 3 or 6pm. We decided to cut it short and go to a massage but people were asked if wanted to continue sailing for extra 3 hours and swim in other bays, which is great for the value! As mentioned this day we didn't have any sunshine so no sunset was visible hence our decision but the option at no cost was there. Keep it up !

Super luxury cruise experience - Super duper luxury cruise with great facility (jacuzzi, sliding, kayaking, swimming)....jacuzzi was a highlight as my kids enjoyed a lot. Kayaking was excellent experience. Cruise is super luxury with panoramic view to take great pictures. Food was great. Service was excellent.

Best cruise in Cat Ba - Great arrangements and clean facility. We had a lot of fun kayaking and swimming in the bay area. One of best cruise in Cat Ba. Vegetarian food was arranged for us. Highly recommend.

No regret - Very nice day, the slide is really a plus, as much for children as for adults. The guide was really exceptional with me, I forgot my children's crocs at a kayaking spot on the bay and that same evening he came to return them to me at the hotel. Super good food and lots of places to lie in the sun on the boat. And what about the view and the beaches

Nice boat and a lovely way to relax from the bustling city of Hanoi - Lovely trip in a very nice boat. The slide and hot tub were a nice touch. The spaciousness of the boat was very nice as well, The lunch was good, nothing fantastic but good and plentiful. One thing to note: drinks including water is extra, so bring extra money. There is only one toilet/changing room available for women and one for men, so plan on having your bathing suit on before arriving on the boat. Given that there are many people on the boat, this is definitely a negative.

Boat and activies were nice, food and clientele not so much - The boat itself was really nice. Comparing it to many of the other boats out on the water, it was probably one of the nicest. The activities were well programmed and we enjoyed the kayaking and the swimming the most. I wish they would've explained the significance/history of Viet Hai village because it felt like we were just wandering around without knowing what we were looking at. The food at lunch was also pretty bland. The jacuzzi also wasn't even hot and it turned into a kids pool. The biggest reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because we really didn't enjoy the clientele. It did not feel like a luxury cruise with so many people yelling and pushing their way through during activities. It was very chaotic. If you are used to people having manners and being considerate of others, then this experience may bother you.
