Must do - This boat trip is excellent great value for money. The lunch buffet was great and there Jacuzzi is a nice touch. You get to do swimming and kayaking. Definitely recommend.

Great cruise. Well organised and delivered. - We did the Cat Ba Panorama luxury day cruise of the islands. Our guide Ming was a wonderful host. From the moment we were picked up from the Homestay, throughout the tour Ming ensured everything ran smoothly. He kept us briefed as to what we were going to do next and ensured everyone had a great time. An added bonus was the boat wasn’t full so there was plenty of opportunity to move around. Lunch and afternoon tea on the boat were delicious, much better than we had expected. Plenty of activities were included in the trip. Two swimming stops, kayaking amongst the karsts, visiting a village in the national park with the opportunity to explore by bike. All in all a great day, lots of experiences and a very reasonable price. Thank you.

Great Full-day tour explore Cat Ba Island - Glad to choose a more luxury & comfortable cruise for this Cat Ba Full-day tour. DO is our guide and he’s super friendly and helpful. He ensure the itinerary flow smoothly and everyone is enjoying ourselves. We had several key itinerary, starting with (1) visiting a village (on Cat Ba) for fish-foot massage or cycling around the village, (2) swimming in the sea at a coastal area with lesser current, (3) lunch (included), (4) kayaking, (5) 2nd round of swimming in the sea, (6) a quick tea break, before ending the trip in the evening. Itinerary are space out evenly, with enough time catered for each, so it’s not rushed. Only thing to note is to come after late winter/early spring. I came in March and the weather is still cold, most of the time on the cruise have to endure the chill. Overall, it’s a great experience with Cat Ba Paranoma. Highly recommended!

Amazing!! - We went for a full-day trip and it was really very nice. There was a jacuzzi, sun loungers, and sofas to relax. We made a stop to swim and do some kayaking, which was great. Lunch was very good and the staff was excellent. A very good experience, everything was great.

The worst of the 6 day cruises I took. - I took 6 different day cruises in the last 14 days and this one was definitely the worst. All the cruises I chose were of the higher end of the price range, and this one positions itself as a luxurious boat. It is NOT. This company is "cheap" in everything but the price. Flooring (wood for composite) of the deck and stairs are broken and cracked. Cutting yourself while walking barefoot is almost guaranteed. Toilets (only one cabin on lower deck) were broken (they were functioning, it's just the aesthetics). Food is mediocre and service is practically non existent. Towels provided after swimming are hand towels - seriously! Long sailing itineraries are costly (fuel), and of all 6 cruises, this one spent more time standing in one place than all others (which means you get to see less of the bay). The guide was mediocre with little understanding or interest in the passengers needs or interest. In short: there are many options around in the same price range, and this one should not be your choice
