Lan Ha Bay - Lan Ha Bay is one of the world’s most stunning bays, offering a less crowded experience compared to Ha Long Bay.
8:00 - 8:30 Our bus will pick you up from your hotel in Cat Ba town and take you to Ben Beo Pier.
8:30 We will arrive at Ben Beo Pier, where our tour guide will provide you with entrance tickets for Lan Ha Bay and Ha Long Bay. These tickets are included in the tour price.
8:35 Board the boat to Lan Ha Bay, passing by Cai Beo Fishing Village, the most traditional fishing village in northern Vietnam and one of the largest floating villages in Cat Ba.
10:30 We will explore the natural lagoon area of Lan Ha Bay by kayaking through Dark and Bright Caves, tunnels, and archways. This lagoon is the most beautiful spot in Lan Ha Bay for kayaking and is also a conservation area. If you’re lucky, you might spot Cat Ba langurs (Golden-headed monkeys).
12:30 The boat will anchor at the border of Lan Ha Bay and Ha Long Bay for lunch. -
Halong Bay - We will view Ha Long Bay from our boat, and if the weather is clear, you can see Ha Long city from the boat.
14:30 Swimming and jumping from the boat at Ba Trai Dao Beach, a natural, remote, quiet, and less-touristy spot. We can explore the temple beach, additional lagoons, and arches.
15:00 After swimming, we will visit a local fish farm to see how local fishermen live on the water and farm fish.
15:30 Our boat will cruise back to the pier. Enjoy the magical sunset as we return to the harbor.
16:30 Drop-off at your hotels in Cat Ba town.

Day on water surrounded by limestone cliffs - This tour was organized for us by Lan homestay in Viet Hai and we joined it at the harbor there.
We had a perfect day with wonderful weather ,kayaking, food, company, and the treat of seeing the rare Langur monkeys up close.
Swimming in the warm water and full service drinks were a bonus.
The only downside was unfortunate amount of plastic and polystyrene pollution.

Perfect day tour! - It was super fun! A good mix of activities! We did kayaking, jumping and swiming from the boat, caves. Very good tasting food. Tom was the nicest tour guide:)

Cat Ba boat experience - The tour guide Tom was very friendly and spoke great english. He was very knowledgable about all of cat ba and really made the experience worth it. For the price paid everything was really good - food, boat and location

Brilliant day trip and exceptional guide – Tom - Brilliant day trip seeing the sites of Lan Ha Bay with our exceptional guide, Tom. He had great local knowledge and great humour and was also able to find the critically endangered Golden Headed Langur while on the kayak trip. What a day.

A beautiful boat! - We had a great experience! We enjoyed every moment, especially at sunset. The boat was beautiful, and the food was delicious. Our tour guide, Tony, was friendly, helpful, and shared so much information with us. Thanks for this wonderful day. We highly recommend it!

A wonderful day! - We had an absolutely wonderful day! A special thanks to Tony for his great sense of humor and warm hospitality. The meal was simply amazing, and the staff were incredibly lovely and attentive throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable time!

Second time in Ha Long Bay - Such a great experience to soak in the majestic views for the day with a knowledgeable guide and fun activities. This is our second trip. We returned to being extended family to also experience this wonderful trip.

A day to remember! - The boat was fantastic. The Guide Harry was full of energy from start to finish. It was an amazing experience to ride kayak through a cave to a remote bay. In fact, I had more fun than boating itself. I saw a breathtaking sunset on the way back to finish everything. It was an unforgettable day in one of my favorite places on earth. Don't miss this experience. It's never worth it!
