Fascinating & Wonderful experience - Entire trip was very well planned and organised. Our pick up was smooth and the barbecue at the small private island was really amazing. The kayak experience to see the planktons was just surreal and they were white like stars in the sky 🌌 , Must do. Unforgettable Moment at Lan Ha Bay - It was a great experience kayaking thru the big ocean. The dinner at the beach away from the noisy sounds and the bright lights gave a feeling of tranquility. First time kayaking in the middle of the dark waters was rewarding. Though Planktons were not as many as expected, it was satisfying seeing some of them. Thanks to our friendly tour guide, Tyler, who was very accommodating and attentive to our needs.

Great combination - We did a combination of the full-day- boat trip and the evening kayaking to see the plankton and both were amazing. The guides were very friendly and motivated and we enjoyed the whole day a lot.

Once in a lifetime experience - One of those trips where you just stay still and soak in the serenity and calm all around you. We enjoyed kayaking during sunset and after the sun set, enjoyed some barbeque chicken, vegetables and local fruits by the grill. Once you are on the kayak and it's all dark, you can see the bioplankton all round. Be advised that summers are better for this but we were still able to see them with our naked eyes when we put our hands in the water. Tyler and Tom (pictured with us) were the most gracious hosts and guides we could have hoped for. They were extremely patient with us and always had a smile on their face. You simply can't ask for more. Overall, a must must visit if you are looking for something different and want to escape someplace else.

Tom and Tyler - From start to finish, the bioluminescence kayak and beach BBQ tour was an enchanting experience, thanks in no small part to our guides, Tom and Tyler. Their friendly demeanor and excellent English made the adventure not only informative but also incredibly enjoyable. The tour began with a serene kayak ride to a small island beach where we enjoyed an evening filled with fun and camaraderie. Once on the beach, Tom and Tyler engaged with us, sharing local knowledge about the ecosystem and the stars above, enhancing our connection to the environment. A highlight of the beach segment was a shuttlecock game which was a great way to bond with fellow adventurers in such a picturesque setting. The BBQ was another star of the night. The food was simply delicious - fresh, well-cooked, and flavoursome. We enjoyed grilled kebabs, skewers, sweet potato, sausages, corn, rice flower rolls and fruits, etc, that were all perfectly prepared. The combination of good food, great company, and the natural beauty of the surroundings made this not just a meal but an event to remember. As the night deepened, the real magic began. We kayaked back out onto the water to witness the bioluminescence. Each paddle stroke was met with bursts of light, like stars in the water. It was a breathtaking end to an already incredible day. Overall, this tour was a blend of adventure, education, and relaxation, all wrapped up in one magical evening. Tom and Tyler's enthusiasm for sharing their knowledge and love for the place they call home made this experience truly memorable. If you're looking for a unique way to explore nature's wonders, this tour is definitely worth considering.
