Long ride but good day trip - Long ride on a rode under construction from Castries to Soufriere but everything worth doing is in Soufriere. We enjoyed the mud bath, waterfall and lunch on a beautiful beach looking at the Pitons.

Great service. Would 100% recommend - John provided us transportation to our resort to start our vacation. He was patient and still picked us up even though our flight was 5 hours delayed. A car seat was available for our young child. The car was clean, spacious and had great AC.
We ended up booking an island tour with him as well. He was very knowledgeable about St. Lucia’s history and gave us a lot of information. He took us to all the sights and even provided refreshments. I would 100% recommend him. 10/10 service. 5 stars all the way!

Great Experience - We had the absolute pleasure of touring St. Lucia with a guide who not only spoke excellent English but was also incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. From start to finish. Your go to guide on the island - There is a reason this tour has all 5 star reviews. It is that great and flexible! John was our tour guide, he was very patient, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor! He took lots of photos of us and for us! We did a few things here and there across the whole island, and everything went smoothly!

George, top man, St. Lucia beautiful Island! - George is a super great, pleasant, sympathetic guide. He explained a lot and told a lot about the island. It is very communicative and conveys security so you can also feel comfortable.

Exceptional Servixe - I booked this company because my sister who came in Sept 2023 highly recommended them & they did not disappoint at all. Our driver, Sheldon, was punctual, patient and knowledgeable of this beautiful island. He made sure we enjoyed every minute & honestly made St. Lucia feel as home away from home.

Very nice day in Soufriere! - Sheldon was fantastic touring us around Soufriere. He’s very friendly and we had some nice chats along the way. We went to experience the mud bath and had a nice dip to the waterfall, followed with a delicious local lunch. Also we had a few stops to have photo ops with the nice views as well as chocolate tasting. Thank you Sheldon and John, wish you more success!

Best tour company in St Lucia - Sheldon took us on a tour of St Lucia speficic to our requests.
It included rum and chocolate tasting, Tet Paul Natute Trail, details about the island, refreshments along the way and great suggestions for local food.
Throughout the day, Sheldon drove beautifully, always offered to take photos and would help us at pay-points.
Would definitely recommend this tour company!

An amazing day trip around beautiful St Lucia - Sheldon took us from the south of St Lucia all the way up to Castries and Rodney Bay upon our request to visit a few different spots. Sheldon imparted knowledge of the local areas, kept us hydrated, found amazing photo opportunities and chatted to us throughout giving an amazing experience. We saw Tet Paul and even stopped in to a locally owned cacao shop. Would highly recommend going to anyone looking for a great day out.

Unpleasant experience, Not recommended - Unpleasant experience, awful day, worst in our 7 days cruise trip. Would not recommend!
1. Odd thing was happened right at the beginning. We reserved 10am private tour online and met the driver at about 9:50am in the waiting area. After we got into the car, he said that we came out late and do not have enough time and need to skip Volcano! He said that we suppose to meet at 9am. I showed him the confirmation from Xeptional. His boss asked him to come at 9am.
2. The driver drove into the mountain directly to the “ending point” with over 1 hour non-stop. It was not a vacation, it was kind of rushing to somewhere. My daughter sat in the back of the driver, got severe car sick and vomited everything out. We skipped lunch and came back to the port at 3pm.
3. Non of stops in this tour gave us any special impressions. Better to have a relaxed day on the beach at St Lucia.
