- Praia da Duquesa - My lessons are designed to be a balanced combination of relaxation and adventure. I spend a great deal of time planning each of my swim routes, ensuring that I offer you a tailored experience that you will never forget.\n\nOn this day, we will meet at Praia da Duquesa in Cascais. After arriving, you will meet me and your fellow swimmers for a safety briefing and discussion about the swimming lesson. If you are a beginner swimmer we can also do a private coaching session.\n\nWe will then hold an acclimatisation swim nearby and start our adventure along the Cascais coast (from 1.5km or more depending on your ability and if you want to do a short or long distance swim). There you will have the opportunity to swim in very enjoyable clear waters. The view from here is unrivalled as the entire Bay of Cascais is laid out before us.\n\nThe session will last 1 hour with time to warm up, meet up and after our water session get a hot tea. I provide swim buoy and, if required, a wetsuit rental. I will be swimming beside you all the time and giving you all the support you need. I will be filming you while swimming for further analysis of your technique.

Begin your journey at Praia da Duquesa Beach, where you meet your guide for a short safety introduction and briefing. Then, undertake a brief warm-up exercise, followed by an acclimatization swim nearby before setting off on your coastal adventure around Cascais.
Soak in the spectacular views of the Cascais Bay as you swim alongside your guide. Receive valuable feedback throughout the tour and avail of photos and videos taken during your swim to further polish your technique. Round off the tour with a comforting cup of warm tea.
