• Cascais Routes - Water Activities - The activity lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Upon arrival at the beach, participants will receive an introduction to basic kayaking theory, including safety, paddling techniques, and proper posture. Following this, kayaks will be launched, and the group will paddle away from the shore.

A guide will be present throughout the activity to offer assistance, monitor, and provide feedback on performance.

WHAT TO BRING: Swimsuit, towel, hat or cap, sunscreen, water, and comfortable clothing (water shoes or flip-flops with straps if available). The instructor will have a waterproof bag for storing mobile phones, cameras, water, wallets, etc.

We supply sit-on-top kayaks, paddles, lifejackets, and wetsuits (if necessary).
