Great tour. Great tour guide - The tour itself was wonderful. Welll worth seeing island Negra. Our guide Nacho was a charming young man who was very knowledgeable about the sites we visited. He took us to a charing place for lunch. He was punctual and attentive but also gave us time to explore on our own. We really appreciated the balance.

Wonderful experience! - Such a fantastic experience! We saw and learned so much! Luis and Becky made it such an embracing experience. More like good friends than guides.

Isla Negra pleasant surprise - Great guides! They gave a Chile class, very attentive and took us to some really cool places… highlighting lunch in a village with typical food.

I was only interested in Neruda's house - I only had one driver. There were no guides and I think you miss details of the trip. Neruda's house is very nice and very interesting. It is done with an Audio Guide, the entrance is included. Personally, the rest I didn't like.

Bad experience, only worth Black Isle and Neruda's house - The only thing that is worth the ride is Isla Negra and the museum Casa de Neruda which is very well put together. They didn't take us to San Alfonso and the guide was a non-driving driver in a nice car but without air conditioning on a 30 degree day and with the cell phone while driving. The tour started differently from the itinerary in Pomaire where many places were closed in the middle of the morning, then Isla Negra dropped us off at the museum and then took us to a horrible port in San antonio with a reservation that we never made to eat at 4 pm which did not feature in the detail of the reservation with the story of seeing some wolves that also did not feature in the detail that we refused and asked to return to Santiago seeing what the place was. I do not recommend the tour.

Disappointing !!!! - We pay u$s 285 (3 pax) the excursion. If we rented a car for the day ($35 cost), and we did it on our own, it would have been the same. Saying you get picked up at 9:25 a.m., it's not the same as 9:25 a.m. Car driver is not the same as being a Tour Guide. Minivan is not the same as SUV type car. Visiting an artisan village (Pomaire) at 10:40 am where 99% of businesses are closed and walking through its streets to see only low shutters, is not appreciating the "shops overflowing with artisan ceramics". Selling the tour by offering to go to a winery with a complimentary glass of wine is not the same as not going and not having anything. Offering a stop at the San Alfonso del Mar resort and appreciating its immense pool is not the same as not seeing it. To say that this is the reservation made in the restaurant "La Jovita" and to arrive and be told that there is no such reservation and that the person for whom you had to ask does not know anyone, is not the same as sitting down to lunch because there was just a free table. As an additional and out of program, waiting 5 minutes in the sun to load 11 liters of gasoline, when this should be done by the Driver in the waiting times (home Black Island of Neruda or at lunch), is unfortunate.

Never went anywhere! - They never contacted me with pick up info. Never replied to my numerous calls and messages and left us waiting. The trip never happened!! Avoid them!
