Marrakech - Our guide on the trip Youssef and Ider was very friendly. He drove safely and gave us a lot of information about Casablanca and Marrakech. He took pictures of us while we were riding camels. We also had a 15 minute coffee break during the trip. After the first day, we were satisfied and booked Rabat, which we will visit tomorrow.

An excellent experience in a beautiful city - Very good experience. Youssef, our driver, was really nice, reached out to confirm time of the pickup at our hotel, arrived punctual and made us feel very confortable in the drive to Marrakech and the return to Casablanca. Ider, our guide in Marrakech was really kind and able to transmit to us his passion for his city, he is very knowledgeable and was always ensuring nobody got lost in the crowd of the laberintic Zouk. The camel ride was a really fun way to close the day. Overall an excellent experience.

Awesome experience and great driver Youssef! - This was a great experience and a day well spent with Premium Tours. We started off sharp at 7:30am. Our driver Youssef was a kind soul, ever smiling and helping us with all our questions and queries. It was a day trip from Casablanca to Marrakesh and we stopped by a few rest areas on our three hour long road trip. I highly recommend Premium Tours and cannot say enough good words about the driver and tour operator Youssef.

Very good Private Tour of Marrakech - Wonderful service from Youseff and Idir, Safe clean and comfortable drive from Casablanca to Marrakesh. Idir was extremely knowledgeable about the history and cultural of the region and the Berber people. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and safe- I would recommend for anyone who wants a private tour.

Look no further- this is the company you want to book with!!! - Background: I travel A LOT. I typically reach out to tour/excursion companies and edit the itineraries if what’s available is missing some of the things I want to do. My mother has never been to Morocco and we went as part of a larger trip for her 60th birthday. Arrangements: We were arriving via cruise boat and wanted to go from Casablanca to Marrakech and back, doing a camel ride, seeing 8 different cultural spots and visiting the YSL museum with a guide, with pick up and drop off at the cruise port. Pre-Excursion: I was speaking to Sam via email when he suggested we chat on the phone to understand exactly what I wanted to do. We had 3 conversations on the phone to solidify everything! He was wonderful and very knowledgeable regarding what could be possible within the time constraints and with ALL of the things I was jam-packing into this itinerary. He was understanding but also pushed back when needed to reel me in when I was pushing the itinerary too much. He was professional, polite, super accommodating and managed my expectations with ease. I recommend planning your trip with him and asking a lot of questions- he has all the answers! Excursion Day: I had zero cell service until the day of the excursion; Casablanca was the first stop after a few sea days on the cruise we were on. I was a little worried since I wasn’t able to talk to Sam closer to the excursion date for pertinent details like where to meet our driver, contact info, etc. I also paid in full in advance since it was a custom tour and was worried they might not show… As soon as cell service kicked in, I already had messages come through from Sam with meeting details and from Hamza, our driver. Hamza was waiting for my mother and I just steps from the boat! He too was super professional and knowledgeable. The car was clean, had different beverages and snacks throughout the day and he was never far from where we needed to be picked up at any time. He got us to all locations on time and chatted with us about his life, the country, and places we should visit next time. He had a great attitude and was so friendly and nice. I RECOMMEND REQUESTING HIM for your trip!!! He even was able to drive through all the traffic and get us back to the port after doing a little scenic tour of the mosque on time!!! He was truly the best. One of the best drivers I’ve had, probably top 3 in the world. After the camel ride (which we cut short) and tea, we continued our journey to Marrakech, where are your guide, Chama, joined us. At first he was a little flustered; he had never done an itinerary like what I had planned with Sam and maybe was thrown off by how much we were supposed to accomplish in the timeframe. Once he got in the groove, he was just absolutely excellent. He knew what we wanted to do was a ton of stuff, and kept us accountable on sticking to the time allotted at each place. I’m grateful to him that he did that; had he not done that, we wouldn’t have been successful in our mission to do it all! He was the perfect person to tour us around Marrakech with this aggressive itinerary. Chama had amazing stories to tell us in each historic place, all stories you would never know or find online. He was INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE about all things pertaining to his country and was proud of his heritage and his people. I’m so happy he spent time with us for us to really learn about his country. He was even able to squeeze lunch in and a shop where we learned about oils, tea and herbs from the shop owner themselves. That was so cool and something I wouldn’t have even thought of planning to do. He also took pictures of us, even telling people to move out of the way (haha)! Overall, I cannot express my sincere gratitude to all of them- Sam, Hamza, Chama- for all they did for my mom and me. It was an unforgettable experience and one of the best in my life. I hope you as the reader take my advice and just book with them. It’s worth every penny and you won’t be disappointed!!! Such an amazing team. Thank you guys and hope to see you soon!! ❤️

Great Day in Marrakech - Gran día en Marrakech! - An amazing day trip to Marrakech. Our driver Reda was friendly and did everything he could to be helpful!! The experience riding camels exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide in Marrakech, Abdullah, was amazing!! So knowledgeable and friendly. My wife was celebrating her birthday and Abdul thoughtfully ordered her a wonderful cake. It’s a long day packed full of great activities, worth every minute. Highly recommend 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Very grateful to our tour guides Reda and Abdullah.!! Un maravilloso viaje a Marrakech. Nuestro chofer Reda fue muy amable, hizo todo lo que pudo para ayudarnos!!! Think carefully before booking this tour - Think carefully about this tour. You spend 6 hours on bus to spend only about 4 hours on Marrakech. And the time in Marrakech is spent mostly hearing a pitch to sell you oils and spices and eating lunch at fancy restaurant. You do see a Palace and a school with wonderful Islamic designs. And you see the colorful busy souk. But, for a one day excursion, it may not be worth it. The camel ride was wonderful as was our affable bus driver
