The best drive and service. - Houmaiza Ider is one of the most accommodating person we found on our trip to Morocco. He has understood our needs and also provided key recommendations that made a difference. Definitely recommend him. By the end of it, he felt like family.

Amazing place and amazing people - A mesmerising place, and a must visit if you travel to Morocco. This being my first solo trip, I could not rely on any other than trip advisor. The planning and execution were so well done. Every segment of this journey was an exceptionally memorable one for me as the people right from my cab driver, Adil, who picked n dropped me from the hotel to train station, Elyas who drove me down from Tangier to Chefchaouen made me feel so much cared and secure. Another gentleman, Mohammed, who was my tour guide in Chefchaouen, made me feel at home. Although I was a slow walker, he had all the patience to slow down and halting for me to catch my breath. Very knowledgeable and helping throughout my tour. Neither can I forget the place and the people who made this trip an unforgettable one. My special thanks to Elyas and Mohammed, who really helped at every point of this trip. Very trustworthy people.

Chefchouen worth the travel to get to - It is a LONG way to go from Casabalanca but so worth it! Chefchouen is just a little mountain town with a blue walls, but there is something magical about it. It's a little place with a big history. It's also very relaxed. The shopkeepers are very chill and not aggressive. You could spend a lot of time here getting lost in the blue labrynth. Our guide Ahmet is the oldest guide in the city. He revealed he's 70! We walked (very slowly) through Chefchouen with Ahmet taking us to the best places for photos and telling us things about the town. It was established in 1471 by the Berbers as a fortress against the invading Portuguese. There are various reasons given for the blue walls - from mosquito repellant making them blue to Jewish people painting them blue to indicate where the lived to symbolizing being closer to the sky and god to the most cynical reason - simply painting the walls in the 70s to attract tourists. Some pointers: The earlier you get there, the better. The streets will be less crowded. You can also hike up to the old Spanish mosque on the hill which, I was told, would give you the best views of the city. This would also be a great thing to do to catch the sunset. We didn't have the opportunity as we were there in the middle of the day but if you do happen to stay overnight, and you can handle the steep hike, do it! There are also many other hiking options available. If you saw photos on the tour package that you want to capture or photos of places you want to visit, say so right at the start of the tour. Sometimes, there are far more photos advertised on the tour package than time to see all those things. For example, if you want to get a good panoramic of the city but can't make it to the mosque, ask your guide if there's another spot. Our guide took us to a riad hotel where we climbed a bunch of stairs to the roof. The trip to Chefchouen from Casablanca was seamless. We were transferred by our driver from the hotel to the train station. Make sure you have at least 20-30 minutes before your train actually departs. Premium provides 2nd class train tickets. We rode in first class once - there really isn't much of a difference. When you arrive at the Tangier station, your driver will meet you. Sometimes right when you get off the train, sometimes outside the train station. Then you get into a car and drive to Chefchouen where you meet up with your tour guide. The same thing happens on the way back.

Good but with a few hiccups - Overall had a good experience. However, it may be from my own mistake/misinterpreted, you will need to take the high speed train from Casablanca to Fez on your own, which I did not know. However the tour company was very patient and explained to me how to take the train. The tour in Chefchaouen was good. My only complaint was there was an accident so the taxi that were to collect me and drive me back to Fez could not come, so the tour company hired another taxi and I arrived to the train station in Fez as soon as the train was about to leave for Casablanca. Overall the trip was good

Wonderful tour of Chefchaouen! Trying to contact the subcontractor for the tour was a nightmare. - The tour of Chefchausen itself with Hazim was gwonderful, but logistics were a nightmare. The subcontractor, Premium Travel and Tours, was impossible to contact and was unresponsive when I contacted them 2 days prior to the tour that my friend was sick and unable to attend, asking how to get a refund for her ticket. My hotel concierge tried to call and I made many attempts to call on all of their contact numbers, getting either no answer or a long message in Arabic. At the end of the tour, the driver took me back to the train station in Tangier, where I had to wait for nearly two hours for the train to Casablanca that was ticketed for me. When I finally got back to Casablanca around 9:30, there was no driver to meet me at the designated spot. After waiting until the area totally cleared out, I finally took a taxi back to the hotel.
