Hammam and Spa experience - The Casablanca Spa & Hammam was an incredible solo experience—peaceful, authentic, and deeply rejuvenating. The treatments were world-class, but what made it even more memorable was my driver, Youseff. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality turned the entire journey into something special. I felt completely cared for from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Outstanding travel and experience! - Our experience was outstanding; from the pick up, the journey, the hammam and massage and the drop off. Our amazing driver, Hamza, informed us when he would be arriving and was promptly ready outside the hotel for us. He was everything you could ask for: kind, caring, incredibly knowledgable and gave us brilliant tips and recommendations of where to go and eat. He was brilliantly aware of the details around Moroccan history and he gave us a great insight into the Hassan II Mosque. Our hammam was flawless: the staff were so kind and welcoming and despite their being a language barrier, they communicated everything to us incredibly well. I was scrubbed and cleaned to perfection by an incredibly respectful and lovely lady. My massage was a much needed and out of this world experience. Hamza picked us up after the experience by which time he had sent me recommendations of places to go to. He balanced professionalism and kindness effortlessly and I couldn’t recommend him enough.

Exfoliate your skin and soul! - I left my dignity on a marble slab table in Casablanca, and I have zero regrets! Today’s we visited a spa to experience a traditional Moroccan Hammam. The Hammam began with a steam bath to open pores, a full body scrub (performed a lady called a “kessala”) to exfoliate and remove dead skin cells, followed by a massage with nourishing oils. This was then topped off with a deep tissue massage, and I do mean deep! I may have left my dignity due to all the nakedness and intrusiveness, the but in addition to my super soft skin, I swear my soul is rejuvenated!

Recommended experience - Mohammed L was super friendly during the trip, the experience has been amazing. Highly recommended! We'll be back for sure.

An Exceptional and Engaging Experience - I had never experienced a Hammam massage before but was told I needed to before leaving Morocco and I was not disappointed. From the hotel pick-up to the drop-off, the attention to details, and the top tier hospitality and treatment were exceptional, I felt so rejuvenated. They took excellent care of me the whole time.

Great spa - If you had a Korean spa experience this is very similar. I loved how my skin felt after so soft and smooth.

Amazing experience - This package is great for those on a 4hr plus layover in Morocco! Staff at this spa are so welcoming and kind. Our driver Mehdi arrived 15 mins before our appointment and he was very kind and helpful. He also dropped us back at our hotel in time for us to get to the airport.

Pricey - A bit pricey now that we know the economy of the area. But otherwise a good experience. And difficult to communicate.

Decent spa experience turned sour by demands for positive reviews - After two busy weeks traveling through Morocco, I wanted to do something relaxing. I booked a package that included a driver and spa experience. The driver, Adil Jamal Eddine, was prompt and professional upon pickup and coordinated with the spa upon arrival, which I appreciated. However, the experience at the spa itself was mixed. My booking stated I could choose my massage type, and I had wanted a deep tissue massage. No one asked my preference, and although I had requested the massage be the last part of the service, I was immediately taken to the massage room, which was confusing. The massage itself was okay—gentler than I was hoping for and felt a bit rushed. After that, I went for the hammam scrub. I understand hammams are not as soothing as massages, but the environment was far from peaceful. Several staff members who weren’t attending to clients were talking loudly, making it hard to relax. To add to the confusion, the person scrubbing me was switched mid-treatment without a word, which caught me off guard. When the service ended, I appreciated that the driver was already waiting outside. However, things quickly turned sour when he told me—rather than asked—to leave a review on Tripadvisor, insisting I include phrases like “smooth transaction” and specifically mention his name. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered this kind of pushy behavior more than once from male service workers during my time here. There's a difference between encouraging feedback and demanding praise. I was going to leave a 4-star review for the timely pickup and overall okay experience, but I deducted another star for the attempt to pressure me into a positive review. Tourism thrives on genuine hospitality. If the service doesn’t meet expectations, no one should feel entitled to tips or glowing reviews. Those are earned. For transparency: the driver was TOUR GUIDE ADIL JAMAL EDDINE. The online booking and coordination were smooth, but the in-person service fell short. Also worth noting: the hammam by itself costs 450 MAD at the spa. If you're staying nearby (Oxygene Spa), you could walk there and pay significantly less than the packaged deal with transportation.
