Highlights
  • Hassan II Mosque - This opulent mosque, built at enormous expense, is set on an outcrop jutting over the ocean with a 210m-tall minaret that’s a city landmark. It’s a showcase of the finest Moroccan artisanship: hand-carved stone and wood, intricate marble flooring and inlay, gilded cedar ceilings and exquisite zellige (geometric mosaic tilework) abound. It’s one of two Moroccan mosques open to non-Muslims; multilanguage guided tours are conducted outside prayer times for modestly clad visitors. There’s also a small museum showcasing the craftwork involved.
  • Rick’s Café - “Rick’s Café” The place became legendary thanks to cinema and especially to this cinematic destination, which is shared by two icons: Ingrid Bergmann and Humphrey Bogart.
  • Ain Diab - Next, we’ll take a leisurely drive along the Corniche, offering panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the city skyline. Take in the fresh sea breeze and capture memorable photos of Casablanca’s coastal beauty.
Art Deco District: We’ll then head to the Art Deco District, where you’ll admire the unique architecture that reflects the city’s cosmopolitan vibe. Learn about the history and significance of these architectural gems as we stroll through the charming streets.
  • Old Medina of Casablanca - Our journey continues with a visit to the Ancient Medina, the historic heart of Casablanca. Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the bustling souks, where you can shop for traditional handicrafts, spices, and souvenirs.
  • Quartier Habous - Habbous square near the Royal Palace of Casablanca, this district of the old quarter of the city, which was built during the French colonial period.
  • Church of Notre Dame of Lourdes - Notre Dame de Lourdes Church – Impressive and Historic Building

The imposing Notre Dame de Lourdes Church has very obvious European influences and is a striking contrast to many of the more traditional attractions that can be found in the city of Casablanca. In fact, you’ll see this massive edifice quite easily from a distance as it towers above many of the smaller, locally funded structures that surround it.

  • Arab League Park - The Arab League park is a good starting point if your intention is to visit the art galleries or also to have a drink. Although it is advisable to go during the day, passing through the area offers great security because it is surrounded by state security forces that control the area day and night.

It was inaugurated in 1918, so the Arab League Park has been a symbol of the city of Casablanca for over a hundred years. This place, ideal for walking, meditating, reading or just seeing, has just left its reconstruction, which has lasted between 18 and 24 months.

  • Square of Mohammed V - The historical, public, old place in the heart of the city, established at the beginning of the French Protectorate in the country, it is popularly known as Pigeons Square due to the heavy presence of pigeons.

  • Marche Central Casablanca - Located in the Mohammed V boulevard, and it attracts many visitors to Casablanca, it is always crowded and very suitable for who want to mingle with the local Moroccan lifestyle

Enjoyable Casablanca. - Excellent guide and driver. Very cordial and informed. Outside of a minor pick up problem your was one of the best we have been on. He took us to all the sites we heard about, and a tour of the city. Also, a great place to have lunch.

Excellent tour company, great driver and guide. Fantastic day out. - Driver named said, was excellent. Really friendly. Picked us up from the cruise ship docking /visa area. Explained what was happening for the day. Got picked up at 8 and got back to shop at 2.30. The mosque was amazing. At the mosque we meet the tour guide. Who absolutely loves his country and was full of great info. Would definitely recommend. We were a group of 6 ladies.

Great tour of busy city including Mosque! - Nice tour of Casablanca, with ability to fully customize as we wished. The mosque is certainly the highlight in otherwise a very busy city. Good communication in advance allowed easy pick up at the cruise ship terminal. We opted for this private tour vs. the group tour from the ship and we enjoyed having the flexility to see and do exactly what we wanted. Certainly recommend if you are in Casablanca.

Beautiful Casablanca - Moki was a very good guide and driver. Due to my limited walking ability we saw more by car but he was very considerate. My wife and I enjoyed the beautiful Hassan II mosque, the highlight of Casablanca. Visitor guides do not take groups in the mosque but instead on the hour there are tours in several languages. Our mosque guide gave us all the details in English. We drove through all areas in Casablanca including the seaside, the king’s palace and American ambassador’s home, market, Medina etc. It would be a 5 star rating if I could do more but Moki was a 5 star guide.

Thanks to our guide Zouer - The tour was excellent, and thanks to the car, Casablanca is so spread, and it was a sweltering day ( 40°C). We wouldn't have survived and seen so many things without the guide with the car. We missed the synagogue. If you have to do it, you can skip the herbs and oils shops, especially if you are heading to Marakesh, but the main reason the owner is very, very rude. Thanks again to our guide Zouer.
