This kayaking trip was a... - This kayaking trip was a blast!! The views are amazing, and the tour guides were superb. They were all about safety, and taught us all about the caves. The downside to this trip is all the boat tours. They are loud, smell of fumes, and create a bunch of waves. I wish the boat tours would be outlawed. The kayak trip was awesome, much more environmentally friendly, and was easier to adventure into the smaller caves.

Awesome and fantastic! Must do!!! - Francisco was an amazing guide. He gave the group great instructions on how to paddle. He ensured us having a great time visiting different caves and also made sure we were all safe with all the other boats around. Fantastic time!!! Marco was also great in assisting us getting in and out of the kayaks too!

Great kayak tour of Benagil caves - Great tour of the caves. The caves were beautiful and the sandstone rocks very impressive. Our guide was terrific and really made sure we were safe.

busy, but worth it - Nice trip with good kajaks. We visited different caves and some we got in on 1 side and back out on the other side. It was a bit crowdy with all boats and kajaks wanting to visit the benagil cave, but otherwise well worth it. We also stopped on a small otherwise unaccesable beach. Great moment to take some well earned pictures. The guide was helpfull when needed.

... - We had a good experience on the kayaking tour overall, but our initial booking was for 8 am. Due to a navigation error, we arrived at 7:58, just two minutes before the scheduled time, and were told that the tour had already left because we were supposed to be there 15 minutes early. While they rescheduled us for a 10:30 tour, it didn’t start until around 10:45, which felt unfair. Aside from the scheduling issue, the tour itself was enjoyable

Stressful if water conditions are bad - Water was very choppy and so most of the tour was trying to keep control of the kayak and we could barely take in the scenery. Lots of boats in the water too which added even more waves.

Not as expected - The staff was very nice. That is the only reason this is 2 stars. But this experience was not as advertised. The water is really rough and boats get really close to you. We were a family of 3 adults and they put us in a 3 person kayak which was so unstable and felt really unsafe. We were 2 people paddling the weight of 3 so it was tough to keep up and impossible to maneuver safely into a cave. Again, the team was nice and let us go back early, but be forewarned, this is not a tranquil paddle and don’t go 3 to a boat.

They cancelled our trip and didn’t even tell us - My girlfriend and I booked this for 14/9. We had to reschedule to 16/9 due to weather which is totally fine. On 16/9 we paid €20 for a 45 minute Uber to the meeting point. We were told at the meeting point that no kayaking would be taking place all day. I have no idea why they chose not to let me know this via email or on the app. It would’ve saved us €20 and 45 minutes. So we then had to pay another €20 on another 45 minute Uber back to where we had just come from so that we could visit the caves on a boat instead. On this boat trip, one of the places we stopped was the meeting point for the kayaking. WE SAW PEOPLE KAYAKING!! Keep in mind we had just been told that no kayaking would be taking place all day!! To make matters worse, they didn’t even refund me until I asked them to!! Zero communication. So if I didn’t contact them, they wouldn’t have even refunded me.
