Our driver Monica was the best - Our driver Monica was awesome she was the sweetest lady . We originally booked her through the hotel we stayed in to pick us up from the airport but she ended up being our driver the entire stay . She was very accommodating she made us feel very comfortable and safe . She told us what areas to stay away from and was always on time to pick us up. She speaks very little but we used our translator app and that helped tremendously. Definitely book with her if you’re ever in Colombia

Not good service - Arrived at the airport, was no one there in a white shirt or had the sign with my name on it. Called the number had no answer, send the message- no response, waited 30 minutes with the family, 2 kids , no call no text, would never use it again. Would like my money back, ended up using the taxi
