Must Do!!! - The boat was clean and crew members were great. It was overcast and rained for about 10 minutes but we danced in the rain. Sunset was limited but still a great experience and I would do again.

Fun sunset cruise with family. - Nice 2 hour sunset cruise in the Cartagena bay. Crew were very nice and accommodating. One free drink per person but additional drinks were very reasonably priced. This was not a party cruise but definitely festive with fun music and lots of dancing on way back in. Great opportunity to get amazing photos of the bay and Bocagrande skyline. My 15 and 17 year old had a nice time. Recommend!

Enjoyable - Enjoyed the cruise. It was very relaxing and the music was great. The only downside was lack of etiquette from passengers who come to the edge where your seat is to take pictures and then stay there which obstructs your views. We had no problem with the picture taking but then to stand in front of us in that 2 feet of space was a bit unnerving. Otherwise, the views were spectacular and worth it.

Horrible experience - We messaged the tour that we were walking to the gate. The gate was locked with a chain when we arrived. We were running and some locals were trying to help us get on the boat. Some staff on the boat tried to help us and then the boat left without us while people were laughing at us. Viator was of NO help and says that if you have used credits or promos you do not get refunds. I’m so disgusted with how we were treated by the company and by Viator customer service.

Terrible Inexperience - The cruise was scheduled to embarked at 5pm. 2hrs before the cruise, it started to thunderstorm. We contacted the cruise line if there was a cancellation. They waited till 5:50pm to let us know that the cruise was still embarking at 5pm on the thunderstorm. My family did not feel comfortable, for safety reasons to be on a catamaran in a thunderstorm. We asked for a refund or if they could schedule us for another day. I have yet to get a respond. It feels like this whole thing was a big scam!!
